Dentistry for Children - Dunwoody

After speaking with one of the workers there she had to pull me to the side and let me know that they were about to overcharge me for something that was covered by my son's insurance .. after standing up for myself and letting them know that I will file legal action if I found out that I was being overcharged for something my total went from almost $200 to just $15 out of pocket before leaving !!! Now here we are months later before my son's next appointment they called to tell me that I am now banned from Dentistry of children for threatening them with legal action mind you they were the ones that was about to overcharge me and one of their workers are the ones that have to vouch for me and speak up and let me know not to pay, but they was about to charge me. Please look at your paperwork before spending any money out-of-pocket with this Dentistry !! OR BETTER YET FIND A NEW ONE !INSURANCE FRAUD IS REAL .

Great service , on time for appointments all the kids were done within the hour . Super friendly and patient .

My family and I are new to the area. This Dennis office got us in the next day and seeing my children immediately. We were late to our appointment and they are accommodated us. They were very patient and friendly thank you guys so much. The move have been a lot and transitioning from one office to another was easy.

We had a wonderful experience here! My two kids absolutely love this place. The service is excellent and everyone is incredibly attentive. They have so many fun entertainment options to keep the children happy and relaxed. The front desk staff is also amazing—very friendly, professional, and super prompt with scheduling. I recently visited Dentistry for Children in Dunwoody and am super impressed! The customer service is impeccable. The staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to keep my children calm throughout the visit. The atmosphere is dedicated to kids. I loved the cool, calm vibe of the environment. I 100% recommend this practice and have made it my children’s official dentist.

My children are Carter and Brandon and I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. I did move a little further out and try to go to a different location Snellville and each time I went to the Snellville location I would have an issue the doctors were not patient. They tried to recommend sedation for my child because they could not do their job but Dunwoody thank God for Dunwoody. The doctors are so patient I’ve never had an issue with my child getting treatment or being recommended for a sedition to make their job easier. Whenever I would have an issue at another location, I would just say please schedule me for Dunwoody. I will make the drive there. You will not be disappointed coming to this location. It is the best by far. I am a true witness.

They’re so quick and efficient and CARING. That last piece is so important to me because in today’s time service to certain demographics are hostile in a multitude of environments, so to be cared for in such a delicate manner is paramount. I’ve been taking my kids to Dentistry for Children since they had baby teeth, now we’re possibly headed to the land of braces or some form of correction for one of my kids. But I know with this company as my kids’ dental care team, they are in great hands. I highly recommend Dentistry for Children across the board. (My experiences have been with the one in Mableton, Morrow, and Dunwoody)

My Son who is now 16 has been a patient of Dentistry for Children at several locations since he was 4 yrs of age. We visited the Dunwoody location and it was a Marvelous experience per usual! They are friendly, pleasant and always professional! My son has a beautiful smile with beautiful teeth! they have all sorts of entertainment to keep your child occupied while they wait to be serviced! I would definitely recommend this place ! My 1 year olds first dental appointment experience was fantastic. From the phone call, check in, and check out the front staff is very nice and professional. Dr Patel is very sweet, caring, and thorough. Also understanding because my little was very scared of his first visit. I love the assistants, very informative and helpful. It’s also an adorable place for children. Hand painted walls and games while waiting to be called. I didnt wait long at all. Will be recommending this place to everyone !
