I had an appointment scheduled and needed it to be rescheduled because I am a nurse and I got called in. they asked if I could come in at 9:30 and I said I couldn’t, because I work an hour away. My shift was at 10:45. I asked to reschedule to a different day and their response was “we can only reschedule once” whatever that means? I just blocked the number and I’m gonna find a different dentist because clearly they don’t work with their customers AT ALL.

They are very professional and do amazing work.I will refer anyone to them.

I love this place they got me in within a few weeks. Nos works the front desks and she super nice and helpful. Makes me feel very comfortable talking about my tooth problems. And Enna clean my teeth. Got me feeling brand new. Highly recommend this place. And they operate on the weekend so it’s very convenient. The lady’s do a good job.

One of the best Dentists I have ever had. They took very good care of my teeth and helped me get all the work done that needed to be done. The staff is very nice and professional. Would recommend to family and friends. 5/5

They got me in a appointment basically last minute before closing. That couldn't have helped me any more ive been putting off dental thinking I can just take care of myself for 4 years but long behold big mistake. I wish I could comment on the other bad reviews, people need too grow up. A- you don't take care of your teeth its going to hurt and -B you should be more educated on how the system works before reviews false complaints. All of the staff there are nice and very dedicated to there job. Im not positive but im pretty sure they finished my appointment got me a cleaning antibiotics ect. After there closing time. I've never seen a teem more dedicated i love the place. Im going to go back for every check up its very convenient just make an appointment and show up on time just like everything els. Thank you for you service you guys! Other people just look for a reason to complain and blame there own problems on other people.

Dr. Puja Shah at Dentistry on 5th has been absolutely exceptional. From accommodating me with an early appointment to providing the highest level of professional care, she exceeded every expectation. She took the time to ensure every step was done with precision, patience, and genuine compassion, which truly made a difference. Even when I was eager to get through the procedure, Dr. Shah stayed focused on doing everything the right way—never rushing and always putting my care and comfort first. That level of dedication and integrity is rare to find. Because of the trust and confidence she has earned, I now travel two and a half hours just to receive treatment from her, and it is more than worth it. Truly outstanding care.
