It’s not often you can say that you had a great visit at the dentist, unless you went to Dawson Dental. Reception is very friendly, helpful and always greets me by name. The hygienists are great! My teeth always feel amazing after they are cleaned. Dr. Ali only does work that is necessary and is gentle and thorough with any procedure that he completes. I have been going there for years and would highly recommend the team at Dawson Dental to anyone!

The staff at Dawson Dental are all so incredible. The receptionists are kind and helpful and the hygienists are patient, skilled and great at their jobs. This is a great dentist!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of bad experiences as a child, so I was very anxious about going back. After developing an abscess in a molar that required immediate attention and a root canal, I was incredibly fortunate to be treated by Dr. Ali and Dr. Grayson. Dr. Grayson made the root canal experience far easier and less painful than I ever expected—honestly easier than fillings I remember as a kid. The procedure was smooth and surprisingly quick. Dr. Ali followed up with a crown one week later, and it feels so natural you’d never know I had dental work done. I also want to thank the entire team at Dawson Dental. The staff have been welcoming, kind, and professional at every visit, and they’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Highly recommend

Dawson Dental has always provided excellent service, and today was no different. From the greeting at reception I felt my nerves start to settle; I am a white knuckle dental patient, and moreover today because it was an emergency appointment. The dental tech and Dr. Ussam Ali were reassuring and gentle during exam, quickly assessing and determining the "root" 😀 of the problem. Unfortunately, due to a pre-existing condition my tooth could not be extracted by Dr. Ali, but antibiotics were prescribed, and a referral to a local dental surgeon was made. I will definitely continue being a patient of Dawson Dental, and highly recommend them to other dental white knucklers out there!

I’ve been going here for a long time and I’ve had a lot of dental work done. All of the front desk staff and hygienists are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali does great work, even though I’m a challenging patient because I have a small mouth and TMJ issues lol…he always makes sure that I’m comfortable and get a break when I need it. Everything is always explained to me clearly. I always have a positive experience :)

Great. First time in from leaving the King City office. I was thee r years but when the Dr. Switched and receptionist it was not the same. First cleaning in 2 years, super bubbly, detailed and learned a lot. Very accurate around gums. Recommend the hygienist and dentist I had to anyone. See you soon.
