I had the absolute worst experience here… First of all, they tried to hit me with massive surprise bills, forcing me to pay for "additional cleaning procedures" that they claimed weren't covered by my medical insurance, without telling me beforehand. But it gets so much worse. The person who actually did my cleaning wasn't even a certified dentist—it was literally the cleaning lady! She had no idea what she was doing. She was so incredibly aggressive that she made me cry from the sheer pain. My mouth was pouring blood, and to make it even more disgusting, she didn't use the suction tool properly and made me swallow/drink my own blood and the nasty cleaning residues. Traumatizing, unprofessional, and unsafe. Save yourself the pain and the money and go anywhere else in Miami!

I came to Dentists at Midtown with so much fear because of the trauma and painful experiences I had at other dental offices. I had even considered just continuing to take pain pills whenever I had a toothache because I was so afraid of seeing another dentist. Dr. Bell was one of the first doctors I met, and from our very first conversation, she could tell how scared I was. She reassured me that I was in great hands and had absolutely nothing to worry about. She took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my teeth—something no other dentist had ever done. Every dentist I had seen before would simply recommend extracting my teeth without explaining the underlying issues. Dr. Bell emphasized how important it was to begin treatment as soon as possible to prevent more pain and further damage. She is one of the kindest, most trustworthy, gentle, and phenomenal doctors I have ever met. Just as she promised, she made sure I was comfortable and experienced no pain during my treatment. Geraldine did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was very thorough and also educated me on what I can do at home to better care for my teeth and improve my oral health. Dr. Celis performed my tooth extractions. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t want to experience the pain I had gone through in the past. Before the procedure, he explained everything he would be doing and approximately how long it would take. I was put to sleep, and before I knew it, I woke up with the procedure completely finished. I honestly didn’t even realize I had fallen asleep—and once again, I experienced no pain. Dr. Saab performed my root canal. I went in terrified because I didn’t know what to expect. She reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that everything would go smoothly. She was absolutely right. The procedure was painless, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I am beyond satisfied with every doctor who has cared for me at Dentists at Midtown. Thanks to all of them, I am finally free from the constant toothaches that I had been living with for so long. Every dental assistant was also amazing—they were compassionate, encouraging, and constantly reassured me that I had come to the right place. I am truly grateful to the entire team. If you have dental anxiety or have had bad experiences in the past, I cannot recommend Dentists at Midtown enough. They have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I will forever be thankful for the care they gave me. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Rosa, the hygienist, did an incredible job—she was gentle, professional, and made the cleaning process so smooth. Angie, the dental assistant, was also fantastic, very attentive and caring throughout my visit. Super thorough, very professional, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. My teeth honestly feel brand new. The entire team has been taking great care of me since the very beginning. Everyone is welcoming, organized, and they really make you feel like you’re in good hands the moment you walk in. I had my periodontal cleaning on a Friday afternoon, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Geraldine brought the sweetest, kindest energy from the moment I sat down, immediately putting me at ease. Periodontal cleanings can feel intimidating, but she was so gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with such professionalism and care. I never felt rushed, even at the end of a long week, and that meant so much.

Dentist at midtown is hands down amazing. There staff is super nice and efficient they explain everything to you very well and treat each patient with kindness. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors are amazing. Dr.Bell and hygienist Geraldine are outstanding with their work and the front desk Gegi super nice and helpful with everything as well.
