Very bad experience. After I came for my appointment, I waited there for 20 minutes. They called in everyone who came after me. While they are treating those patients who came after me, they told me that their system is down and they could not see me now. I asked for the potential wait for the system to be back, and they don’t know. They asked me to either continue to wait or to leave and receive a callback. This doesn’t make sense because they are treating those other patients who came after after me with no issue while telling me that they could not treat me due to the technical reasons. This ridiculous excuse really destroys the trust of the patient. I have never seen such a bad excuse of not seeing a patient.

I had an excellent experience with my dental hygienist, Loren Brooks!!! She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. She explained everything she was doing, was very gentle during the cleaning, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you Loren!!!

what a frustrating experience. i came in for a routine cleaning and ended up waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. the hygienist was rushing through everything like she had somewhere else to be, which made the whole thing feel really impersonal. then when i asked a question about my gums bleeding, the dentist gave me a five second answer before walking out. i get that theyre busy but i didnt feel like anyone actually cared about me being there. not going back, its not worth my time or money.

loren is great and staff They take there time to answer your question, give you various options plans and recommendations, Very quick appointments and very careful during procedure! Highly recommend. Ps loren is very good at Injections 🎉

I’m new to Dentists of Irvine, and I recently had a crown replacement and cleaning there. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Lauren was especially helpful and shared a lot of useful guidance and information that I hadn’t known before. Dr. Rodriguez was excellent—professional, gentle, and made the visit feel easy and painless. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

I haven’t check my teeth for a very long time. Today I decide to fix all my issue at all. Turns out I need a deep cleaning ASAP! Loren Brooks did a great job by cleaning my tooth, the entire process is fast and painless. I am very happy with the outcome! The price is also pretty reasonable. I will come back for other treatment.

Excellent experience overall. The clinic is equipped with modern tech and everything feels efficient. Loren is a fantastic hygienist - knowledgeable, approachable, and thorough in explaining cleaning and periodontal maintenance. The office will also work with you to set up a discount plan if you don’t have dental insurance, which is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. First, I felt they were overly aggressive in recommending treatments. I was told I needed an inlay, which is a relatively expensive and invasive procedure. However, after seeking a second opinion, multiple other dentists confirmed that a simple filling would be sufficient. This made me question whether their recommendations were truly in my best interest. Second, the quality of the exam felt rushed and lacked transparency. In other dental offices I’ve visited, dentists took the time to walk me through each tooth, explain findings in detail, and review X-rays with me. Here, the explanation was minimal and felt more like a quick summary rather than a thorough evaluation. Additionally, I consistently experienced long wait times despite arriving on time for my appointments. Waiting 10–20 minutes seemed to be the norm, and on one occasion I waited nearly an hour. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially compared to other clinics where appointments are handled much more efficiently. Overall, I felt pressured toward more expensive treatments, received limited communication about my dental health, and experienced poor time management. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office.

I have had great experiences at this office with Dr. Scott. I appreciate the technology offered. The DA did an amazing job with my X-rays and cleaning. He has a warm demeanor and was very gentle yet thorough.

Walked in very nervous for my appointment. Dr. Rodriguez talked me through the process, and she was very clear about everything. I felt very good and comfortable. Definitely coming back for my follow up!
