About Dentists of Vista

Dentists of Vista provides dental care on Narcoossee Road in the Vista East area of Orlando, Florida. Implants are considered by many dentists the most durable way to replace a missing tooth, since the titanium post fuses with the jaw bone over several months and then supports a crown that functions much like a natural tooth. Enough healthy bone is the main prerequisite, and a graft can build that up first if needed.

Cosmetic dentistry covers treatment aimed primarily at appearance — whitening, veneers, bonding, and reshaping among the more common options — for patients who are less concerned with a problem that hurts than with how their smile looks day to day. The right combination depends on what specifically you would like to change.

Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and seals the space, and allows the natural tooth to be kept rather than extracted. Its reputation for being painful is largely outdated — carried out under local anaesthetic, it typically relieves pain rather than causing it.

Emergency dental care covers sudden problems that will not wait for a routine appointment — severe pain, a knocked-out or fractured tooth, swelling, or a lost filling that leaves a tooth exposed. Same-day or urgent appointments are the point of an emergency service, rather than the standard multi-week booking window.

A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath.

A family dental practice sees a range of ages under one roof, which for most households means fewer separate appointments across different offices. It typically covers routine checkups and restorative treatment for both children and adults, with referrals out for anything requiring specialist training. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a general dentist and a specialist?
A general dentist provides comprehensive care across all the common needs and refers out for anything requiring focused training — implants, complex gum disease, orthodontics, and similar. A specialist has completed extra years of training in one specific area.
What is a bone graft and why might I need one?
Bone shrinks after a tooth is lost, and if there is not enough left to anchor an implant, grafting rebuilds the volume first. It is a common preliminary step when a tooth has been missing for a long time.
How long does a dental implant take from start to finish?
Commonly several months, because the implant needs time to integrate with the jaw bone before the final crown is fitted. Timelines stretch if a bone graft is needed first, and some cases allow a temporary tooth in the meantime.

Great place to go for dental appointments from emergency care to regular cleanings. I really enjoyed speaking to Miranda and Karen at the front desk who were so patient, along with the assistant Jeanette who was very attentive. Dr. Ryad is very soft spoken and kind, and very patient. He keeps it simple and treated my mother and sister very well. Thank you guys for all you do!

I wish I could explain how scared I am of the dentist. Today, I finally decided to face my fear. I went in expecting just a cleaning, but it turned into much more than that a full procedure today, with another one and a deep cleaning scheduled for tomorrow. Today’s procedure went so smoothly. I felt no pain, and I truly believe everyone had such a gentle touch. The doctor took such great care of my anxiety by explaining everything before she did it. Every step of the process was explained to me, which helped me feel calm and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose to come here for the first time. For the first time in a long time, I actually don’t feel that nervous about tomorrow’s procedure. .

I had a great experience coming to Dr Pagan for my LANAP surgery today. Logan who was the DA for Dr Pagan was very kind and made me feel super comfortable during the entire procedure. I have high anxiety for dental procedures. Logan was super accommodating, he even played music so I could be more comfortable. Dr Pagan was so fast and very kind, he completed the my quadrants in less than an hour. Thank you so much Dr Pagan and Logan.

Great experience at this office. I had Dr. Ryad for my initial visit/cleaning and Dr. Saab later on for my root canal. Both made sure I felt comfortable at all times. They talked me through the process and answered any questions I had. It's clear that both are very knowledgeable and well experienced. The staff at the front desk as well as the assistants and hygienist are also very friendly. The environment in the office is very calm and pleasant. I appreciate the flexibility from the staff to make sure my appointments are booked around my work schedule. Highly recommend Dentisits of Vista! I never felt like they are pushing any unnecessary dental work and it's an overall great atmosphere provide by the entire staff.

I highly recommend Dentists of Vista. I was welcomed to the family at check-in. Dr. Romero, Sofia, and Vivian, were professional, kind, and patient. They all explained each procedure thoroughly and checked to make sure that I was okay throughout my visit. As someone who is usually extremely nervous at dental visits, they made me feel comfortable and confident that I am in great hands.

I had an amazing experience. The office manager Karen was really friendly and welcoming she made sure my payment plan fit into my budget. I did a same day crown and felt no pain. It has been a couple of weeks and the crown still fits perfectly and I can finally eat food again on that side of my mouth. I am a patient for life for sure and will recommend my friends to Dentists of Vista. They even tested my saliva to see what type of bacteria is in my mouth 😱

Miranda at the front and everyone in the clinical side are so extremely kind, informative and skilled. I was nervous prior to meeting all the workers here! They made me feel cared for and actually excited to have them help me. I needed quite a lot of work done and they formed a plan, payment options and fit me in as soon as possible. They even made time for me last minute on a busy weekend and made sure to answer every question I had. I feel so much more knowledgeable about what is getting done and how to prevent any more decay or gum issues. They are so timely and informative. I’m so glad that this is my new dentist office! ❤️
