Recently my Dad had a consultation with Dr. Eric Schock (South Loop) for a dental emergency. As a new patient, we were able to make a same day appointment within hours. Most impressive was the pristine office environment, very short wait time and attentiveness of very courteous staff. After X-rays and an exam, Dr. Schock immediately scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. He also called us later that day to urge us to go to a hospital ER. Dr. Schock wanted assurance (before surgery) that the dental infection was not blocking Dad’s airways which would lead to a life-threatening medical emergency. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Schock’s thoughtfulness and foresight. His follow-up calls to inquire about the hospital’s results from the maxillofacial CT scan of Dad’s infected jaw and the outcome of oral surgery the next day were unanticipated but grandly appreciated!! (5 Stars ⭐️)

I don’t normally write Google reviews, but Dr. Kareem Hatahet absolutely deserves one. Getting a dental implant was something I was honestly pretty nervous about. It’s not exactly a procedure you look forward to, but from the moment I met Dr. Hatahet, I felt like I was in the best hands. He has this calm, confident presence that immediately puts you at ease. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful and analytical he was. He didn’t just jump into the procedure—he took the time to evaluate everything, explain why he recommended a certain approach, and made sure it was the best long-term solution for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way, not just the fast way. During the implant, his confidence and bedside manner made a huge difference. Even though I was anxious going in, I felt surprisingly relaxed because I trusted him completely. He was patient, reassuring, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. If you’re nervous about needing an implant or oral surgery, I can’t recommend Dr. Kareem Hatahet enough. He’s not only exceptionally skilled, but also one of those doctors who truly makes you feel cared for as a person. Thank you, Dr. Hatahet

I have been to this location 3 times and every time it’s been amazing. This time the hygienist Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and explained everything in detail so I could understand the process. So sweet and friendly, I truly felt cared for! Dr. Frazier was so personable and even in the short period I felt warmth from my provider. Olivia was so amazing as well—guiding through the payments and explained everything clearly to me. Such an amazing staff! I get nervous going to the dentist but this makes it so much easier. Thank you!

I never feel judged coming to the office and it is like talking to a friend. Dr Gurleen Rajput is amazing! I went to get my filling shaved down and he was so friendly. He also gave me some sensitivity toothpaste. Carmelo was amazing in explaining how to care for my teeth such as finishing after having coffee to prevent staining after my cleaning. Olivia is always the sweetest and explains everything in a way that you can understand. The South Loop office is the best! Thank you all for being so warm and putting me at ease every visit.

The practice is clean & very well designed, both the hygienist, Jingjie, and the dentist, Dr. Nguyen, that I saw were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with respect. The front desk staff was amazing as well. So many friendly faces! I liked that I could fill out my new patient paperwork ahead of my visit as well. My entire appointment flowed seamlessly. Never had that experience as a brand new patient. Overall, my experience here was amazing from check in to check out. I’m glad I chose to come here for my dental needs

Had the best dental experience of my life lol no joke. Dr Jackson Nguyen is a king, Olivia at the front desk is sooo incredibly sweet but Carmelo is the main reason I had such a great cleaning experience. She was so fun and easy to talk to, but also informed me a lot about my teeth and actually explained the steps she was doing and why they’re important instead of just drilling into my face for an hour. She told me she is just temping today at this location, but South Loop Dentologie (or any Dentologie location) - you should hire her full time!!!!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year, but I told her if she was my hygienist everytime, I’d come every 3 months instead of every 6. Thank you alll!!!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Dentologie - South Loop today! From start to finish, the team made my dental visit feel more like a wellness break than a chore. After entering the facility, I was greeted by Olivia at the front desk who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in and ch k- out process quick and seamless. I received an expert and thorough cleaning from Ahzure, my hygienist. She was attentive and observant to my comfort throughout the hour and left my teeth feeling incredibly clean. Dr. Eric Schock was professional and personable during the exam. He explained everything clearly about my dental health.
