I'm so glad I found Denver Place Dentistry when I moved to Denver two years ago. Dr. Klein and his dental team are very welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. They are very detailed in explaining any necessary work to help me understand the process. The results are impressive! The entire crew makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience which motivates me to keep up with treatments to maintain that perfect smile.

The office was above and beyond helpful to my situation. The process went VERY SMOOTH and accurate compared to other dr office. My former Mouthguard broke from a different provider after moving back to Denver. I called office to see what they could do for me. Andrea was very helpful and nice and front desk receptionist was nice as well. Within a very short time frame they got me a replacement mouthguard very very quickly. Also, they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Very impressed and highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this dental office. I went in expecting a routine crown procedure and ended up being there for nearly six hours. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable, and I was in significant pain for most of the visit. What made things worse was the overall approach to my treatment. I was told that a lot of previous dental work I had done needed to be redone, including a crown I had already paid for in full just a couple years ago. I was then quoted over $10,000 for additional work that, based on my understanding, did not feel necessary. Since then, I have spoken with other dentists who told me that I do not need to have all of that work redone, which made the situation even more concerning. At one point, there was a discussion about my insurance while I was still sitting in the chair, and it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was told my benefits were already maxed out, even though my coverage had just renewed in January, all for a single crown procedure. As someone who recently moved to Denver and was hoping to find a reliable dentist, this experience was really discouraging. I left feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and questioning whether my care was being prioritized at all.

Dr Klein and the Tech Faith helped me with my dental crown and did a fantastic job. They have great customer service and really made me feel welcome and good about the procedure considering I get a little nervous with dental work. I recommend checking them out.

Throughout my life, I’ve gone to a family member who’s a dentist for all my dental needs, and when that dentist retired, I found myself in need of a new one and was a little anxious about that. I picked Denver Place Dentistry and am so glad I did! Dr. Klein and all of the staff were kind, considerate, and timely. Dr. Klein was thorough and communicative, which I really appreciated, and said to raise my left hand if I needed him to stop during my cleaning at any time. He was very gentle, so I didn’t ever raise my hand, but I didn’t know prior to this appointment that dentists even do that, and it’s nice to be aware of the option to stop. As a bonus, this dental office is modern and aesthetically pleasing, with nice views of downtown Denver. I left my appointment with a fresh smile, a “goodie bag” of dental supplies (including chapstick—I didn’t know dentists do that!), and another appointment scheduled for 6 months from now. I highly recommend Denver Place Dentistry and Dr. Klein!
