My experience with Dermazone Clinic – Jumeirah 3 and Dr. Yara was truly wonderful and special. 🌷 I had a Korean facelift treatment with Dr. Yara, including enzyme injections for the face and lips and a touch of Botox, and I was very pleased with the results. I felt a noticeable difference in my facial features; they became smoother, younger, and more vibrant. The best part is that the result was very natural and didn't alter my features. Dr. Yara has a very gentle touch, a refined and comfortable manner, and she explained everything attentively. What I appreciated most was that she continued to follow up with me after the procedure, answering all my questions on WhatsApp while I was at home. This gave me a great sense of comfort and care. The clinic itself is comfortable and well-organized, and all the staff are very kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and I am happy with the result. I definitely recommend Dr. Yara and Dermazone. 🤍

I had a broken tooth that needed to be treated, and I’m very happy with the care I received from Dr. Adham Abdulhai at Dermazone Clinic. From the beginning, he was professional, reassuring, and explained the treatment clearly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. He did an excellent job, paying great attention to detail and making sure everything looked and felt right. The result was much better than I expected.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Meera at the Detmazone Jumeirah branch. She did an outstanding job correcting my teeth alignment, fixing a faulty filling with great attention to detail, and ensuring everything was done perfectly. One of the highlights was the advanced 3D scanner used to make my retainer, it made the whole process so quick, comfortable, and hassle-free compared to traditional impressions. To top it all off, the teeth whitening results were absolutely amazing. I’m so happy with my smile! The receptionist is very rude. She was very uncooperative and was laughing with her colleagues making me wait for more than 45 minutes. I had a valid meeting with the Doctor and she was trying to convince me that I didnt. It was one of the worst experiences and after I explained she said the doctor wont meet. And She was smiling when she asked to go away. Disgusting.

I do not recommend this clinic at all, especially Dr. Adham Abdelhaei I initially visited for a broken tooth, yet he did not take a full X-ray or perform a proper diagnosis. Instead, he proceeded to place a crown directly on the tooth without fully assessing the condition. Shortly after the procedure, I started experiencing pain. When I visited another clinic, they discovered a severe infection under the crowned tooth that had been completely missed. When I returned to discuss this with him, he dismissed the issue, saying it was a “different school of thought” and that treatment could wait until the pain worsened. He also admitted no full X-ray had been taken. Despite the clear mistake, he refused any responsibility, offered no solution, and denied a refund without any apology. Additionally, I had another fractured tooth and asked for a referral to a specialist, but he did not provide any clear guidance. A different clinic later performed a full examination and found multiple issues that were never mentioned to me. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me with additional health problems and costs. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic. I have already taken further action regarding this matter as I consider it medical negligence, and I have escalated the case to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) after the clinic and the responsible doctor refused to cooperate or provide any resolution.
