I can’t say enough great things about this practice. We love them! My triplets have had the best experience and have great results from their braces. The office is beautifully designed and all equipment is extremely clean. When you have an appointment they actually see you on time. The staff is professional and very kind. They treat you like family when you arrive. I wish I had this same type of experience when I had my braces as a kid. They see both adults and kids. After having a really bad experience with a previous orthodontic office, I was honestly hesitant to start treatment again but this office completely changed my perspective on dental care. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism and care was unmatched. Dr. deRoode took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I felt informed and comfortable at all times. The treatment itself was truly top of the line, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. What really stood out to me was how attentive and supportive everyone was, not just during treatment, but even after. Anytime I had questions, they were always kind, patient, and willing to help. The entire staff is amazing; the front desk team and dental hygienists all create such a warm and welcoming environment. It honestly feels like a little family every time you walk in. On top of that, the location is super convenient for Brickell residents (being able to walk there was a huge plus for me), and they even validate valet parking, which makes visits stress-free. Dr. Deroode and her team are truly the best dental and orthodontic professionals I’ve ever experienced. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain every detail—no matter how simple—with clarity and care. Her entire team is attentive, respectful, and genuinely supportive, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. She is currently treating my daughter, who has a more complex case involving her canines, and the level of precision and expertise she brings to her work is nothing short of exceptional. Finding Dr. deRoode felt like winning the lottery. Words cannot express how grateful I am and how incredible/amazing Dr. deRoode and her team are. From my first appointment for diagnosis until the very end of my treatment. She and her team WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They are worth every penny, if not more. I feel like I'm the one ripping them off by the level of care and attention they provide. She didn't make me feel like I was just another dollar walking in and out of her office door like many other places I've been to in the past. They will never make you feel like an object/experiment under her care. You will be treated with the utmost professionalism and expertise, all whilst keeping the power in your hands. She will expertly advise and give you a rundown of everything. She is there literally every step of the way. I’ve had orthodontic treatment three times already and I can tell you, this is the best doctor and treatment team I’ve ever had! They are incredibly detail oriented, listen to every single concern no matter how minute, and truly go the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction.
