Desert Dental

Been going to this place 6+ years, changing dentists too much last couple years. The new dentist there is not terrible but now too booked up for loyal customers ,with no availability. I had a crown done there- built there in office couple years ago and it broke. Place not recommended for more than cleanings.

This was my absolute favorite dentist for years, then a new dentist came in, I got ALOT of work done in my mouth, all of which failed. I have crowns that now cause me more pain then the cavity that was there before. Somehow the bill was submitted to the insurance twice and their trying to charge me the entire procedure. The dentist that worked here before helped me overcome my fear of dentists. This last visit with the new dentist has me terrified to ever go back in. So much money later, every problem I walked in with is still there, and it’s been less then a year.

Man, I wish I could leave MORE than 5 stars. Dr. Valladares is very open and communicative. He understands the issue and always answers any questions I have. He was very helpful with introducing me to the idea of invisalign and explaining why it was such an important thing for me. MJ was really helpful as well. The lady who did my cleaning was incredibly friendly and explained how to make my oral care game better. I went out tonight and purchased the products they recommended and they worked wonderfully. This will be my permanent dentist for as long as they will have me.

Hi team and people who will read this comment. The best people working there. I’m dealing a lot with anxiety. Often a lot things can trigger it even more. Specially medication which is normal to use during procedures. Doctor V is so professional and explains every single little step for someone like me. As well all the team is no doubt amazing. I have been going to Desert Dental for a couple of years now. I met a new hygienist today, Jessica, who was amazing and so sweet! She educated me on oral health, but also took interest in my personal life. I can't say much for the new DDS as I have not met him yet, but if he is anything like Jessica I know I am in good hands!

Dr. Benjamin has been my dentist for nine years now. His skill, knowledge and very up to date care is top notch. I have total trust in him so I know he isn’t going to do work that doesn’t promote the health of my teeth and mouth. The office staff are wonderful too. They really make me feel at home and run his practice very professionally. Lillie is his right hand person and if I ever have questions or concerns she answers them right away. I like so many were afraid of the dentist. I elect sedation dentistry and it is a blessing. I go in go to sleep and wake me up when it is time to get my ride home. I have also called for friends who need immediate attention and they always get them in that day. This is a great dentist and great staff. Joni F

I would like to start by saying the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Desert Dental ,I’ve been going for years. My appointment is always on time.I never feel like they’re rushing me or they’re in a hurry to go next patient. I very comfortable my teeth are in good hands. This is the longest I ever been with a dental office. The hygienist is a sweetheart. The doctors are very professional and caring.If you’re looking for professional and very nice people look no farther.You’ll be happy you did.

Everyone is always so friendly. They are very efficient and you don't have to wait very long, they're pretty on schedule with your appointment times. The staff makes me feel welcome and takes good care of what my teeth need. I would definitely recommend them. Danielle is great for cleanings. and Dr. Kern has done a lot of work for my teeth from filling, root canals, to extractions.

UPDATE: I wrote the below review probably 2 years (or more) ago now. I have made it through ALL the work that needed to be done - root canal, crown, fillings...oh my! I have never been happier with a dentist and I certainly LOVE Danielle who does my cleanings! She is amazing, gentle and so kind! Who loves going to the dentist?! I do! ❤ ============================ My mom recommended me and I called her when I left the office today and said, "Mom! I love our dentist!" I had/have a lot of first time things I needed to get done - root canal, crown, fillings - and I am SO THANKFULNESS for their kindness, consideration and gentleness! Honestly, you know your dentist is good when he and the staff make coming to the dentist fun! :-(

They were prompt to respond to my emergency as an out-of-town and non-regular customer. My first time in, every person had a smile on their face and tried to make sure that I got the most from my visit. Modern equipment, positive attitudes, happy employees, and excellent service. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a dentist office in a long time. I would recommend to any residents or visitors to the area in need of good dental care.
