Well, I guess everyone else had a better experience than mine. I contacted them twice on their web page to set up an appointment and never heard from them. I even filled out all of their paperwork to avoid wasting time in the office. Still nothing and it's been over 3 weeks since my initial contact. I'm dealing with desperate medical need and got ignored. I'll try elsewhere.

I am always greeted by Heather who is very professional. She lets Danielle know as soon as I arrive for my appointments. Numerous magazines are available in the waiting room, but I don't usually wait much time before Danielle opens the door. She is thorough and very gentle in her approach, and I actually look forward to my regularly-scheduled cleanings. She is adept at using state-of-the-art equipment and is an extraordinary hygienist! The location is beautiful and easy to access on Tatum Blvd. off the 101 right across from the Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The team at Desert Ridge Periodontics is unlike any other dental team in the valley. I have been afraid of coming to the dentist for as long as I can remember, but the second I stepped foot into the office and was greeted by Heather I knew I had found the practice I wanted to stay with. To begin, Heather is genuinely one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. She is so intelligent and knowledgeable in this field and was able to provide an answer to every question I had in regards to treatment and insurance. Upon meeting Heather, I was blown away with Carsen and Stephanie as they were nothing but positivity the entire appointment. The two of them are extremely educated in the field and went over everything in regards to what the appointment was about, what we were going to be doing and post operative instructions from treatment. Dr. Indech was more then a delight to meet and do treatment with. From the first appointment with him, he was able to answer every question I had and did not make me feel rushed in any way. He is very soft spoken and his bedside manners are unlike any other. I haven't felt comfortable doing treatment with a doctor until I came to Dr. Indech. Following treatment I met Danielle, the hygienist. I was very worried to go to her as I haven't had the best experiences with hygienists in the past, but she changed my opinion forever. She is so thorough and understanding of every patients needs. Afterwards she explained to me the things I needed to work on without making me feel embarrassed. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I would recommend this office to anyone for any dental needs. They have surpasses my expectations by a long shot. Its not often that I am so impressed by an office to take the time out of the day to write this extensive of a review, but if anyone deserves it, its this team! I couldn't be more thankful!

I could not be happier with my experience from Dr Indech and his staff. I came in there because I was not happy with my gum line and wanted this corrected. 1, they are so professional and they make you feel very comfortable. They don't pressure you into anything and give you the best options possible. 2 They are so precise with their work and very gentle. I didn't experience any pain with the procedure I wanted, and 3, the results were wonderful. I definitely smile with a lot more confidence and I couldn't have done that without Dr Indech and his staff. I highly recommend him for any kind of cosmetic work. I think he is a perfectionist and he really will go the extra mile to make sure this happens.
