The hygienist is wonderful, and she’s the reason I continued coming back. Unfortunately, the billing experience has been frustrating enough that I’ve decided not to return. I don’t have dental insurance, so before every appointment I specifically ask what my balance will be so I can budget accordingly. Every time, the amount I’m told ahead of time is different from what I’m charged when I check out. Another concern is that the dentist performs an “exam” at nearly every visit, even though I’ve been told exams are only needed twice a year, and I come in more frequently than that. Each exam adds a $91 charge, yet it typically consists of the dentist spending about 30 seconds to one minute looking in my mouth after my cleaning. I genuinely don’t understand what the exam includes or why it’s necessary at every visit. The front desk staff has always been polite, but I haven’t felt much empathy or understanding when I’ve tried to ask questions about the repeated billing discrepancies. For those of us paying out of pocket, knowing costs in advance is important so we can budget and prioritize our healthcare. After experiencing the same billing issues over multiple visits, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Danielle is my dental hygienist. She is amazing at her job. She is kind, funny and also meticulous about her cleanings and also scaling! my teeth and gums are in so much better shape since I’ve started seeing her

Every visit is great. 5/5 stars always recommend + a lot of value they provide. Of course, the complimentary protein shake @ the end isn’t a bad thing either 💪 thanks to the team

Have been visiting the clinic for a while now. Dr. Naik and Dr. Liu genuinely care for the patients. They take time to help me understand what’s needed for my oral care in the future. The last time I went for cleaning, hygienist Tanya was attending and she was so thorough with every detail. The treatment, scheduling flexibility or the follow ups, everything about this place is amazing and I highly recommend.

2024 Dr. Nike‘s office is such a warm and friendly home. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and sweet. I appreciate their expertise in all they do to make you feel that you matter.
