Devonshire House Dental Practice

I've consistently felt totally confident with the treatment received at Devonshire House. That didn't stop me being concerned when an extraction left me with a gap that I really didn't want! It took me ages to decide to have an implant, especially when some grafting was necessary. At the same time my brother in law - at a dentist some miles away - was having a series of problems with his. I was undeterred and on Monday the first implant was completed. I'm delighted with it - in fact I became quite emotional when handed the mirror. At the end of the month the second will be ready. That decision was made immediately. The first had laid the groundwork. Very happy with the result, and lovely to know that I'm in very capable hands. The team work perfectly.

Can do the impossible. Dr. Nikkhah is very talented and very patient. I have had very complex procedures done under his care and I highly recommend him. I just wish I knew about his expertise years ago.

Wail and the team were superb. I felt so well looked after and the results were excellent. The whole team were totally professional. You get what you pay for, and this is the best service and quality, and well worth the price. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting the best dentists and best results. Thanks guys!

I took my son Robert to see Dr Natalie Archer. I thought both the nurse (whose name I didn’t note unfortunately) and Natalie were lovely. They completed his treatment quickly and effectively and I was very happy. We have also seen the orthodontist and again I thought he was excellent.

I was denied a refferal through the NHS for dental treatment under the premise that i don’t qualify as an adult. I knew that adults in certain cases are eligible to get orthodontic treatment on the nhs, so I wanted to confirm eligibility with another dentist/orthodontist. I’ve gone here an assessment and have been instructed about options for my bite aesthetically and the options I have with braces but have been told that my overbite is rather structural than dental. I got a referral to the nhs jaw surgery department after this visit. It was the first time I’ve felt seen/acknowledged and listened to. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the visit either the staff were very informative and very polite !

Devonshire House Dental is fantastic for both adults and kids. The entire team is relaxed and welcoming, which completely takes the stress out of a dentist visit. From the start, the front desk staff are always incredibly friendly. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and the dentists are super nice and never rush through your appointment. They are especially great with kids by being patient and kind with them. If you're looking for a friendly dental team that handles the whole family with ease, definitely check them out!

Extremely disappointing experience with Devonshire House Clinic. My hygienist appointment was cancelled because I was around 10 minutes late, despite the fact that I called in advance to explain that I might be delayed because taxis were unavailable. The response felt rigid and completely lacking in patient care. To make matters worse, I was then told they intended to charge me a missed appointment/no-show fee for the appointment they cancelled. I find this completely unreasonable. I did not simply fail to attend; I contacted the clinic in advance and explained the situation. This also follows a much more serious issue: three months ago I saw a root canal specialist at the clinic, who took an X-ray and told me the next treatment was urgent. Despite this, nobody followed up with me. I called the clinic several times and was repeatedly told it was being dealt with, but I never received a clear update or treatment plan. I have previously recommended this clinic to more than five colleagues, which makes this even more disappointing. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and communication. The service I have received is simply not acceptable. It is deeply concerning that the clinic can cancel an appointment over a short, communicated delay and still try to charge a missed appointment fee, while failing to follow up for months on treatment they themselves described as urgent. Overall, my experience has been poor, disorganised, and not at the standard I would expect from a private dental clinic.

Natalie Archer is absolutely fabulous! She is such a wonderful person in general and is a very talented Dentist. I have had some very, very good dentist over the years (and some really poor ones too) Natalie is one of the best. I would trust her with any dental work, she is very gentle with a warm personality. Natalie's assistant, I think she said her name is Tish, was also very nice and helpful. They are obviously a great team, Tish was ready when Natalie asked for something. I couldn't be happier (who says that about a Dentist!) I can not give a higher recommendation, everyone is so nice and helpful. THANK YOU DEVONSHIRE HOUSE DENTAL!
