I had a great experience at Diamond Braces! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. They answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. I'm excited to start my braces journey and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care!
I'm concerned about the plethora of negative reviews. They seem to respond to the customer complaint by referring them to the email address instead of addressing their legitimate issue openly. If you are told you have a free consultation and they bill your insurance, that's dishonest. Most reputable offices will absolutely not charge the insurance company a single penny for a complimentary service, PERIOD. Getting professional service should be a given, I am more interested in in costs and results, not so much about killing you with kindness if the bill is excessive and the work is subpar. I will take my new business elsewhere. Thank you for all of the reviews folks, you have been heard!
This place is great with all the staff.
The customer service and orthodontic services were top tier. My appointment was timely, the doc and techs executed their services well. The only thing that I will say is that the need to keep the sinks well wiped-down. I have decided to transfer my treatment from the Stamford office to the Yonkers office because I was so impressed with their service.
Diamond Braces, and everyone I worked with here has been wonderful. The entire staff worked diligently to complete my treatment within the stated timeframe, and were incredibly friendly every visit. Making / changing appointments is very flexible and easy to manage. I'm very grateful for everyone involved, and can check the box on having a smile I'm proud of!

Gotta say the staff at Diamond Braces know what they are doing. Received great service and they are extremely welcoming. Place is super clean, even the bathroom is immaculate. Prices are reasonable and they offer payment plans.
