I do not recommend this dental. They were negligent during my appointment. I had a permanent retainer wire bonded behind my teeth when I went in for a routine cleaning. Before the cleaning started, I specifically informed the hygienist that I had the wire and asked her to be careful around it. Unfortunately, my concern was not acknowledged, and during the cleaning, my retainer wire was broken. As a result, I had to return to have the damaged wire removed. No one apologized for what happened or offered to repair or replace it. Since I did not have dental insurance at the time, I had to pay out of my own pocket to have the broken wire taken care of. I was very disappointed by the lack of responsibility and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.
