Avoid District Dental Spa – Aggressive Over-Treatment and Painful, Unnecessary Procedures I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at District Dental Spa. This practice engages in what I can only describe as over-treatment and a complete lack of conservative care. They made routine procedures unnecessarily painful, which I believe was done to push me into accepting local anesthetic (at an extra cost). I was also told I had cavities that other dentists have confirmed I do not have. On top of that, they heavily pressured me into a “deep cleaning” that was not necessary. The most upsetting part was when one of the staff members cleaning my teeth had to run out of the room in tears during my procedure. It was clear she was under intense pressure to hit certain production numbers. Dental care does not have to be painful or feel like a sales pitch. I strongly suspect practices this aggressive with unnecessary treatment are often backed by private equity Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) that prioritize revenue over patients. Do your mouth a favor and find a truly independent private practice that still operates with some ethics and restraint. Predatory dentistry like this is harmful and should be avoided.

I love District Dental. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Ashley handled my cleaning. She knew I having some sensitivity in my mouth so she was very gentle and made it a great experience for me. Would 100% recommend.

I had such a great experience at District Dental Spa. I’ll be honest — I hate getting my teeth cleaned, so I don’t say this lightly! Timmy was amazing. He was kind, gentle, patient, and made the whole cleaning so much easier than I expected. I also saw Dr. Brittany Zenz, DDS, and she was truly wonderful. She took so much time to explain what was going on with my teeth and answered every single question I had. It honestly felt like she had all the time in the world for me, which is rare and really appreciated. I felt completely safe asking questions, and that matters. I’m 57, so I’ve been going to the dentist for a long time, and this was honestly the best, most comfortable, and most reassuring dental visit I’ve ever had. I’m really grateful and would absolutely recommend them.

Dr. Doug and his team are absolutely amazing! From my implant, to my cleanings, to my Invisalign treatment, every experience has been exceptional. I’ve never met a more thoughtful, thorough, and caring dentist. The entire team always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and the results have made me so happy. Dr. Doug and Dr. Zenz are the best dentists I’ve ever worked with. They go above and beyond to give you the best care you need and provide a lot of education on why, which I like a lot. This dentist office is truly a Spa! They have massage chairs and even a therapy dog to comfort you if you are nervous! The staff is welcoming and remember you like a best friend! The hygienists do an amazing, thorough job and make the experience comfortable and calming. Scheduling is easy and they always are able to work with my busy life. If you don’t go to District Dental Spa, you are missing out!
