Everyone is very friendly and very efficient!
Everything went great
My experience was a solid 10 out of 10. My hygienist took me back right away. Searra was engaging and helpful while cleaning my teeth. I enjoyed talking with her and was in and out. Dr. Beard was just as nice and thoughtful as always.
I appreciate the front desk team and the doctor, as they were really kind. Unfortunately, my teeth apparently offended the young woman who cleaned them. Though I flossed and brushed before my cleaning appointment, I mistakenly missed some, and she made sure to let me know it. She also made sure to tell me 5 times that she can tell I don’t like to floss, and I need to floss. I can understand a few times, but five times, plus her comments about my teeth were overkill, and borderline rude and hurtful. I’ve had one cavity in the last 15 years. So, call me crazy I thought my dental hygiene was pretty good. Of course it can be better, and I appreciate a nudge and reminder to floss, but what I experienced was far from welcoming. It just helped me see that this is not the place for me. And that’s okay. From what I could see, your business is great, and I pray nothing but success for your organization.
I have had to have a lot of dental work done due to genetics. Dixon Park Dental Care has been phenomenal in helping get my teeth back in order. They have always listened to my concerns, and answered any questions I had very clearly. They clearly explain the path forward so there's no surprises. Just, all around, it has been great experiences and excellent outcomes. I wish I had the before pic to share a before/after.
Dixon Park Dental never fails! I have some pretty embarrassing dental anxiety and the staff at this office are always so kind and comforting. Marissa is the sweetest face to see when you walk in. Melanie really made my appointment this week 10/10. She’s so patient and encouraging when dealing with dental health. I’m so glad I choose Dixon Dental.
Dr Beard is a wonderful dentist. She always is looking out to help me have a healthy mouth and smile. Her staff is wonderful. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful from when you walk in till you leave. I adore my hygentist (Kim F). She is so good to me and has helped me so much with my treatment. So many wonderful people there.... Kylie and also my husbands hygienist Ashley! Highly recommend this Dental Office!!
