Doc Bresler's Cavity Busters

The last dental visit my child, who is on the autism spectrum had, he had to be put to sleep just to get X-rays! I decided to give Doc Breslers a try, giving the staff a heads up before they even touched him. To my surprise, they made him feel so comfortable in the environment that it made me look like a liar 😂! Hand down, the best experience he’s ever had at the dentist.

The staff at Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters on Bustleton Ave were wonderful. My 4 year old needed his first dental xrays followed by a routine cleaning. Sarah took her time and explained everything in a way a young child could understand. She was gentle and kept my child calm and relaxed throughout the xrays. Next Yasmine performed his cleaning (this was my child’s first time having a cleaning with all the metal and electric tools to get a deeper clean). Yasmine was also very patient and showed enthusiasm during the cleaning which I think thrilled my child. She made all the “scary tools” not so scary but fun to use. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend this dental office.

My daughter had such an amazing experience here! The entire staff was so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made her feel comfortable and at ease, which means everything to me as a parent. The dentist was gentle, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about her experience. Also Ms. Lorraine who works at the front desk is AMAZING! She went above and beyond with her service. She's truly the best!

Great experience. Our appointment was at 8am we all 4 of my kids. Everyone was incredibly friendly and polite. Dentist took the time to explain everything and speak with all 4 of my children and myself. Professional, friendly and polite. 10/10 definitely recommend this Bustleton office.🙂

I had a horrible experience with the dentist who saw my 2 years old in this office! I've been with them for a few years with my 5 years old and things were okay, but today it was terrible. The girl who did the teeth cleaning it was super nice, very kid friendly and very respectful. Now, the dentist was rude with me, with my kid for no reason. She came in with attitude and asked who gave my son a rubber glove he had in his hand, I said it was me who took it. She in a very rude way said that those gloves were not to be touched because she didn't have for every body. That got me upset and I told her she took forever to come in to see the kid so I had to do something to contain and distract him while waiting. We are talking about a toddler, a very active toddler and I understand they have the rule in place, but why did she has to be so rude to address the issue? Why did she take forever to come in and see the kid? Also, the situation after that was not good, she kept with her rude attitude and I was just there sitting looking at her face and barely responding her because I was very upset. I am going to find another dentist for my 2 kids. I pay too much money in dental insurance for having me and my kid mistreated like that.

I really love this office! They are wonderful with my kids, making them feel comfortable and safe. A huge thanks to Lorraine at the front desk for being so professional and helpful with our scheduling. Highly recommend!
