Dr. Bedoya has created an office of staff who are welcoming, compassionate, and above all excellent. My child with autism was in need of orthodontic services and Dr. Bedoya has been kind, patient, and enthusiastic about getting my child comfortable and confident with wearing braces. I highly recommend this office for any orthodontic needs. They will cater to any special needs you or your child may have and they offer such a wide variety of services with flexible scheduling. You will be joining a family when you pick Dr. Smiles!

Was a patient 2 years ago. At first was very pleased with Dr.Bedoya. front desk staff was always very nice. This was my 2nd time getting adult braces but I wish I was advised on oral health, teeth/enamel strength prior to agreeing to braces a 2nd time. When she removed the braces, it was very painful and I even bled. Also, the braces changed the way I chew: the back molars didn't align together, which caused other tooth issues. Currently have tooth resorption due to tooth trauma from constant pressure from braces and post-braces removal, needed immediate molar extraction due to an infection. Sharing this as tip for others: 1. Get a second honest opinion about your teeth. 2. Talk with your dentist Before deciding to get braces (they are a business, so they will sell braces for $5,000 and promise you will have a great smile). Top photo are my teeth "before". Over the last 3 years we have had 2 girls in braces. The office staff is ALWAYS warm, friendly, and accommodating. They are also very flexible and patient when appointments need to be switched around. Doctor is very good, caring, and super professional. We highly recommend Doctor Smiles Orthodontics and will forever sing their praises. 💜

We have been with them for about a year before we had to move and Dr Beyonda and her entire team is amazing. We always felt like they cared and did an amazing job. We were extremely sad we had to move to another state but she willing offered help to find a new orthodontist who worked with 21 brackets. We will miss them!

Dr. Bedoya and her entire staff were amazing from start to finish with my journey of having braces. Whenever I had a problem and needed to be seen, her and the team worked with me and always got me in ASAP to have the issue resolved. Calls and texts were always answered in a timely manner, and they would always see me in time for my appointments. My overall experience was top tier and would recommend her to anyone. I’m beyond excited to be done with my braces (lol), but will miss her and the rest of the girls.

Bedoya bought a practice she couldn't properly service. Our family spent more than 30k for four of us. Kids had braces, wife and I had invisiline. Treatment took twice as long as it should have as she only works certain days at certain offices. She would book our daughter's adjustments months apart. She was unfriendly to us and made us feel like an inconvenience. She never followed through with our retainers and refused to honor what was promised by the original orthodontist. She even called and blamed my dentist for her incompetence. Now we all have crowded teeth and have to start over. Don't waste your time or money here. Ps.. staff is great!

They did an amazing job with replacing my retainer, they got me in as soon as possible especially since i'm a new client and out of town. They were very kind and welcoming as well as gentle. Amazing!!

I’ve had to have 2 kids get orthodontic treatment and this place by far has been the best. My youngest has adhd and autism and she is overly dramatic but the staff and Orthodontist are great with her… They have affordable prices and offer a great payment plan. I’m a single mother raising 3 kids and I recommend anyone needing treatment to Dr. Smiles practice!!!

Dr. Bedoya and the entire Dr. Smiles team are incredible. They were always attentive to my needs as a patient, treated me with kindness and care, and went out of their way to accommodate me. Despite my tight schedule, they always managed to find ways to help with my treatments, and even found a way to get me my aligners while I was out of town. I am very grateful, and would like to extend my highest gratitude to the entire team!!
