About Doctors Implants
There is one item on the menu at the Hausman Road office in San Antonio, and the practice is candid about it: full-mouth implants. No conventional bridges, no removable dentures, no snap-on overdentures. Board-certified maxillofacial surgeons handle placement while restorative doctors design the final teeth, working the case together under a technique the practice markets as minimally invasive full-mouth implants. A narrow scope is a genuine advantage in surgery, because a team repeating the same procedure becomes fast and predictable at it. It is equally a genuine limitation if what you actually need is one crown.
Pricing here is published rather than negotiated behind a desk, which is unusual enough to explain. The practice quotes roughly $25,000 to $35,000 per arch, presented as a package covering surgery, sedation, planning and the final teeth, and positions that against the wider $10,000 to $40,000 spread typical of All-on-4 quotes elsewhere. A published band is still a band. Where you land inside it depends on bone volume, whether grafting is needed, and whether you are treating one jaw or both. Ask for the total in writing, and ask specifically what happens to that number if the plan changes once the surgeon is operating.
The clinical sequence is compressed on purpose. Failing teeth are extracted, implant posts are placed the same day, and a fixed provisional set of teeth goes on before you leave, so nobody goes home without teeth. Immediate loading like that is only possible when the implants achieve enough initial stability in bone, which is why the CT scan taken at consultation carries so much weight; the practice provides that scan at no charge. Sedation is supervised by a surgeon trained in a hospital anaesthesia setting, with clinical staff monitoring throughout, which is the standard worth insisting on for a procedure of this length.
The office sits at 5638 West Hausman Road on the northwest side, near where Loop 1604 and Interstate 10 converge by The Rim and La Cantera — easy from Helotes, Leon Valley or the Boerne end of I-10, considerably less so from the east side or downtown. Weekdays, eight to five, closed at weekends.
A single-focus implant practice on West Hausman Road near The Rim and La Cantera, treating full-arch and full-mouth cases only. Board-certified maxillofacial surgeons place the implants while restorative doctors build the final teeth, with extraction, placement and a fixed provisional set completed in one visit. Per-arch pricing is published in the $25,000 to $35,000 range as a package including sedation and planning, and consultation CT scans are provided free. Not the place for single crowns, bridges or conventional dentures.

Love my new smile! The staff here are amazing!! Everyone does their best to make you feel like a VIP. They are kind, knowledgeable and efficient! Can't ask for a better group of people!
The best place. Everyone is professional and sooo kind. I highly recommend every single person that works there!!
I wish I had known about Doctors Implants sooner. The doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful and very caring people. It is hands down the best decision I have ever made to get implants, and Doctors Implants is the only place I would recommend to anyone thinking of having it done. Thanks for giving me my smile back.
I had the best experience! Dr Aljadeff was fantastic, explained the process thoroughly and had a bedside manner that just put me at ease. The procedure was a few hours, but seemed to fly by. Recovery was a blur of activity and the staff was comforting the entire time. There are a number of touch points in the weeks following, and each one is pleasant and thorough. What really stood out to me was the appointment three weeks after the procedure. This is where the team took it to the next level. Ms Monique was an absolute gem, between her and Dr Maria Mora, they made what some might consider a routine appointment a truly special moment. Ms Monique explained everything, was compassionate, comforting and professional. You couldn't ask for a better clinician. Dr Maria Mora, trust me when I say she exudes positive energy into the room. I felt great and was thrilled with my smile (did I say I was thrilled!?), yet somehow Dr Mora's genuine excitement for my new smile ... made me feel even more special. The entire staff, Cynthia, Kaleigh, Theresa thank you so much! This is a great team, be ready for a great smile! Oh, one other thing. If you are worried about pain, on a 1-10 scale I was at a 1 for the first week or two and Tylenol was all that was needed. Second, typically my blood pressure goes through the roof at a dental appointment, not here, that is the level of compassion with this team. I'm grateful, and smiling as I write this.
My follow up appointment experience was not traumatic due mostly in part by the gentleness, calm demeanor, kindness, respect, patience and understanding that Monique and Dr Larivey showed me. I suffer from extreme anxiety and can make my medical and dental appointments much more difficult than they should be. I start panicking even before I walk into the doctors office. Monique started by introducing herself and explaining in detail what my appointment would entail. When I asked how long the appointment would take, she explained to me that she cleared enough time on her schedule to allow me to take breaks and stop and start as I needed. This let me know that she cared and that she reviewed my case before meeting me. Monique is one of those one in a million individuals that you come in contact with that you will never forget. Monique allowed me every opportunity to take breaks, to cry if I needed, to ask questions and make special requests during the entire process. When I panicked over having my mouth rinsed with water, she found an alternative, when she saw me starting to tense up and hold my breath, she rubbed my forehead and spoke softly as she continued to work and I calmed down. I wouldn’t have been able to walk out of my appointment without being traumatized if it hadn’t been for Monique. Dr. Larivey too was able to take her time as she worked on my teeth. She spoke calmly and was gentle. She was very in tune with my anxiety and also worked around my special requests and accommodated me as needed. Dr. Mora spent very little time with me, for she was on her way to another commitment, but even then, she took the time to greet me. She took the time to let me know she had been thinking of me and was pleased to see that I was healing well and recovering from the surgery. The amount of compassion, respect, patience and understanding I received from these individuals touches my heart. I’m not always treated well by medical staff at other places due to my anxiety, but at Doctors Implants I was treated as an individual and not judged for my behavior as a difficult patient. I know I’m not an easy patient because my extremely high anxiety can make things hard and even dangerous for doctors, nurses and staff. Despite this, I was treated with such high regard. I was respected and understood and was very well taken care of.
From the moment I walked in for a free consultation to the moment I walked out with a new smile, the staff makes you feel incredibly special and take wonderful care of you and your new smile. They make sure you are educated and leave no question unanswered. Remarkable people! Remarkable experience! So happy I chose Doctors Implants!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Doctors Implants. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. The office is professional, organized, and clearly focused on providing the highest level of patient care. A very special thank you to Dr. Mora for her outstanding performance and dedication. Her expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach truly set her apart. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident and at ease throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high-level skill with genuine kindness and patience. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. If you are considering dental implants or any related procedures, I highly recommend Doctors Implants especially Dr. Mora. You will be in excellent hands.
Best decision I ever made! Not only do I have a great smile again, but the people here are wonderful. You don’t find that in many places these days, but each and every person I have come in contact with here at Doctors Implants has been beyond phenomenal. They truly care about you and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
