As somebody who was incredibly scared of the dentist, this place absolutely changed my opinion. Every person working there is so lovely. You can hear Latin and Mexican music throughout the place, which for me is awesome The examination process is fast and painless, and the entire procedure is swift as well. Those were the fastest 2 hours of my life for a mouth that definitely needed fixing. Dr. Steven is not only highly talented and efficient, but was extremely kind and comforting throughout the process. Both doctors would comfort you through pain and discomfort. They talk you through the process, alert for pressure/touching beforehand, and do not shame you for anything whatsoever. Spanish-speaking patients are also extremely welcome here; mostly everyone speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Will 100% be coming here again
I haven’t been to the dentist in a long while so I chose a new dentist to go with and I came across Dold family medical, this place and the people in it are really awesome. They actually care about making sure your mouth is as healthy as can be and they take their time with making sure you’re cleaning is precise, not to mention.. Martha, awesome and funny, takes lots of time and care into getting you as clean as can be!! Thank you so much!!!! The owner is a very nice guy who really cares as well, you can’t go wrong with choosing them!
I had a wonderful experience. The doctor and staff made me feel quite at ease. They were painstakingly thorough in their evaluation of my condition. They provided me with options and detailed possible plans for care. The overall experience was excellent. Thank You.
Beatrice needs to work with her tone & hand gestures when patients have questions. I witness how rudely she spoke an individual. Not to mention when coming inside all you hear is Mexican music. It’s quite unknown if I’m at a dental facility or a club/ trap house. I will not be coming back here. The DA was super friendly.
Highly recommend! The front staff was nice and quick to bring me back. I was nervous as I had not been to the dentist in awhile but Dr. Dold was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The exam and cleaning was very thorough. The hygienist was skilled and knowledgeable as well. Thank you all for a wonderful visit!
