What a great experience. Scheduling, paperwork, front desk staff, dental hygienists, as well as the Doctor were all professional and helpful. My schedule is busy and to be able to get in and out, while receiving exceptional care was appreciated. Highly recommend this office in the Dominion area.
Are you scared of the Dentist? Do you have sensitive teeth? If you do, this review is for you! I have been to Dominion Ridge Dentistry for the past 2 years. Today, I came in for my routine teeth cleaning. Not only is the staff at the front office super friendly, but my hygienist, Valerie, is the ABSOLUTE BEST! When I walked into the room, the MASSAGE CHAIR was on, music/TV were on, and I had a blanket waiting for me to keep me warm. I have terribly sensitive teeth and receding gums behind my bottom teeth. Valerie was super cautious about this and gave me some numbing gel to make my experience more comfortable than she already made it. I barely felt anything while she was at work cleaning my teeth, I honestly almost fell asleep in the chair today. Even more so, Dr. Garcia is the sweetest Dentist I have ever met. He is EXTREMELY personable and will make the effort to get to know you. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me today, Dominion Ridge Dentistry Family!! I will see y'all in another 6 months!
Dominion Ridge Dentistry always exceeds my expectations with Dr. Garcia’s patient care. The entire staff is always wonderfully friendly and professional. Dr. Garcia and staff gives you a sense that you are their #1 patient; my husband and I have been a patient for a number of years now and never been disappointed in the care that they provide. If you are seeking a change in dentist you have to check out Dr. Garcia he’s the best.
Dr. Garcia and his staff is amazing. I didn’t experience any pain and they were patient with my dentist 🦷 anxiety from a bad experience elsewhere. I felt like family and they were reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this office. Alex at the front office is also so sweet! One last thing....the dental chairs are massaging chairs. My back felt amazing when I left!
This was by far the best experience with a dentist that I have ever had! The office was beautiful and the homemade delicious cookies were definitely a plus! I was so impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff members and how much they went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Lou is excellent at building a rapport with his patients! The hygienist, Violet is very gentle and let's you know exactly what she is doing and keeps you comfortable the entire time! The massage chairs are incredible! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
