Douglas Dental Care

My family and I moved to Burlington almost 20 years ago. We had the good fortune of making contact with Dr. Eric Douglas and his team (YES Gloria, that includes you too…!) through the referral of our new neighbours. We have been extremely well cared for and highly recommend them to anyone who may be looking for excellent dental care !

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Douglas for many years. He is a great dentist and does excellent work. Hi staff are also very professional and the receptionist, Gloria, is extremely helpful. I read the 1 star review and have to say that this person must have the wrong dentist, and that is the kindest thing I can say.

I had issues with a tooth a year ago. Initially I liked Dr Douglas. However, when the issues with the tooth became severe I felt bullied into getting a root canal and dismissed my concerns with a root canal. He said because of the way my tooth was, he would not touch it. He sent me to an endodontist in Oakville, which they did not do a good job and a year later I still have problems with this tooth. Will not be going back.

My 3 adult kids and I have been patients of Dr. Douglas 20+ years. Dr. Douglas is exceptional - professional, caring and friendly. The receptionist is super helpful and personable, and I've had a great experience with all the staff. Dr. Douglas and staff are tops.

Great dentist, Doctor Douglas loves his job and it shows. Reception and all other staff are great too. Recommend this practice to everyone I like.
