I cannot express how much Downtown Dental saved me! I had SEVERE tmd/tmj, an open bite, over bite, and a tongue tie. My symptoms were extreme with consistent grinding, clenching, migraines, jaw pain, muscle pain, neck pain, inflammation, tooth pain, ear pain, really any symptom that can happen I was experiencing. I was about to go the route of jaw surgery. As soon as I was seen I had everything looked at and they took about a week after looking over everything and made a direct plan on how to fix everything without surgery and explained absolutely everything including questions and concerns. After agreeing to everything they started treatment right away which consisted of braces, a dental device, web based physical therapy for my jaw, tongue, muscles etc. I just finished treatment and the before and after pictures really speak for themselves. Dr.Clark and Jordyn absolutely saved me and fixed 99% of my symptoms. I live a couple hours away and I will never go to another dentist even for my cleanings! Bailey, Leah and Jaleesa are also absolutely wonderful. Great practice truly!
After spending $17k at this dentist, I am blown away at the complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. The receptionists here have been completely disrespectful to me every time I showed up. I trusted them with a big procedure and while they did start it, they kept postponing my appointments for months at a time, and I have STILL not received my tooth. You would think that a customer who has spent this much money would be taken care of. I am left with no other choice but to leave this practice and find a dentist who actually wants to help me. I can not warn you enough….STAY AWAY.
Grateful to have landed at Downtown Dental, they’ve taken excellent care of me! Katy was very knowledgeable and helpful getting my oral health journey kick started. Bailey is also very gentle & kind if you are you looking to get your teeth cleaned.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!! They do NOT have a connected front office to actual dental staff and will schedule you then cancel without notice. I had to change dental offices halfway through a procedure because THREE different times I showed up for an appointment that they “forgot” to schedule. The front office will simply say “let’s reschedule you” when you moved everything to be there for your appointment. I had them print off my individual charges for my 13,000 dollar implant & found 4 hidden charges that they “accidentally” added!! Insane! There is only ONE dentist who actually does any work & he’s often out of office. They bring you in and pretend to “get to know you” and ask you a bunch of awkward questions…then you’re left with large payments you didn’t even understand you were being charged for. You are MUCH better off elsewhere. Consider this your warning!
Absolutely unprofessional. They charged for things they never did. The receptionist set appointments they did not keep. In the last 3 months, every appointment was postponed, after I got there! Go to this dentist if you want to pay WAY too much, be put on the back burner, be lied to, and then treated like a child when you speak up about it. When I was in person, talking to receptionist about my billing questions, they skipped my cleaning appointment without letting me know, saying they didn't want to "interrupt me." It was as if they were punishing me. Oh, and also, while you're in the waiting room, expect to overhear the receptionist's phone conversations about her crazy ex husband who is currently stalking her. Worst experience EVER.
