I had an excellent experience at Downtown Dental! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, and my appointment started right on time. I really appreciated how gentle and thorough everyone was throughout my visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Downtown Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Downtown Dental is an amazing office with amazing staff. Dr. Hanel and Dr. Mungcal from the dental assistants Senia, Susie, Karla, and Jazmin. Allison and Jorge make me feel comfortable in the chair and Kriselle, and Jen are very nice and welcoming!!! Thank you Downtown Dental for helping me get over my fear of dentists!

Love this office and its staff. I am welcomed from the moment I come in the office by Melina and Kriselle. Jen the office manager is very thorough and takes time to walk me through my treatment. Senia, Susie, Karla, and Jazmin are the best assistants and are so gentle and kind. I’ve had cleanings from both Jorge and Allison and leave feeling fresh and clean after every visit. I got a consultation with downtown dental recently and ended up having to do a massive deep clean. They did a fantastic job and I barely felt a thing. My teeth look better than they have in years. The office seems to use very modern technology. Gone are the days where you're spitting out plaster of Paris for two days after the appointment. They can 3D image your mouth instead! I was also expecting to be sent home with a mouthful of gauze, but nope, they were able to treat my mouth so that it wouldn't bleed from the gum sensitivity! Dental care seems to have come a long way since I was last in a dental office, and I'm really happy this particular office has kept up with the trend. The staff were all friendly and professional. They are inspiring me to take better care of my teeth, and I will be proud to make them my go-to dentist from now on.

Upon arriving, I received the most gracious customer service I’ve ever experienced. The entire team made me feel at ease from start to finish. Jasmine was incredibly professional, reassuring me through my nervousness about my heart condition and upcoming dental work. The doctor explained everything in clear, understandable terms, leaving me with no questions. Even though I’ll need extractions, there was zero judgment—only kindness. And Jen, who handled the financial side, was patient and respectful, giving me space to decide without pressure. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone in Los Angeles—the technology is state-of-the-art, and the people are top-notch. I had three wisdom teeth removed last Friday, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well-equipped, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Senia and Dr. Hanel. They were amazing throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and much less painful than I expected. They kept checking in on how I was feeling and offered constant reassurance, which really helped me stay calm. I truly appreciate their care and expertise. Downtown dental is so amazing the team is so professional and friendly I’m usually scared of the dentist but the assistants made me feel so welcome and reassured me the whole time. The whole process was so smooth and they kept me informed on everything that was going on. The doctors are so helpful with explaining the treatment and why it is needed they answered all my questions. The front office staff is so welcoming as well 😁👍🏽
