Dr.Paul Ilan is very skilled, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and explains diagnoses, options and treatment plans. Crystal is very nice and respectful when taking appointments, following up, and scheduling. Waiting time is minimal. They respect the value of your time.

I’m giving two stars because the office itself is clean, and I really appreciated the calming drone videos playing throughout the office. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning felt very rushed. When I got home and looked closely at my teeth, I noticed multiple areas that had been missed and did not appear to be properly scaled or cleaned. I reached out through the doctor’s page to address my concerns, but I have yet to receive a response, call, or email. The lack of follow-up was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. It gives the impression that the patient’s results and concerns aren’t a priority. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I expect better attention to detail and patient follow-up from a dental office.

Dr. Ilan is amazing. From what I’ve been told by my family who has had dental issues also, most dentists don’t do oral surgery, you have to go to an oral surgeon. I’ve had two separate issues back to back and Dr. Ilan has been able to treat them both without having to send me elsewhere, and for a third of what my family had to pay when going to oral surgeons because their dentists don’t do the same work. Not only does he do the surgery himself, but I also didn’t feel a thing this last time because he did the numbing so well. I would highly recommend Dr. Ilan as well as his office staff. Everyone is very nice and does a great job.

I’m always nervous going to the dentist, but I was recommended here by family and friends from the neighborhood so felt content walking in. The lady who took my x-rays was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything that she did. The person who cleaned my teeth after was extremely professional. He noticed that I kept flinching and shaking my legs when he went over a particular spot on my teeth, so he applied some numbing gel that helped the pain tremendously. He also was extremely thorough with everything he did. The Doctor who came in lastly was extremely nice. It was reassuring to have him check all of my teeth and inform me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, and no cavities either. As odd as it seems to say, I am looking forward to coming back for a cleaning and check up in six months.

After a weekend of grueling pain due to two cracked back teeth, I was recommended to go to DPI Dental. I called yesterday and was scheduled for extractions, collagen and bone graft the very next day. Upon my arrival, I was immediately seen and was introduced to Dr. Willner. He was so considerate and pleasant. He assured me he could get my teeth out even though they were badly cracked. He was GREAT! I am proud to be able to call him my new dentist!! The staff were all pleasant and the Office Manager, Crystal, took the time to fully check my insurance and fully explain my copayments, which were extremely reasonable!! If you are looking for a great dentist, come on out to DPI Dental in Howard Beach! You won't be disappointed.

Five stars omg this place is outstanding starting with front end young lady when you first walk in how do you maintain such an amazing smile and so friendly the doctor and two individual that need recognized the young lady from trinidad outstanding and the Colombia girl omg great asset to the company Thanks for being true to the value of your company I appreciate great service when received highly the best doctor office in Howard beach

I love this place!!! Fast service, wonderful staff, and a very clean environment. I was helped right away, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

I love the environment. The staff is friendly and they make a person feel comfortable regardless the circumstances at the present time. The manager is professional and always approachable which is important to customers and I appreciate my Dentist. I always feel welcomed. I would not choose another Dental office . I will recommend anyone who is in need of dental hygiene and dental work.
