DPI Dental: Paul Ilan, DDS

I’m always nervous going to the dentist, but I was recommended here by family and friends from the neighborhood so felt content walking in. The lady who took my x-rays was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything that she did. The person who cleaned my teeth after was extremely professional. He noticed that I kept flinching and shaking my legs when he went over a particular spot on my teeth, so he applied some numbing gel that helped the pain tremendously. He also was extremely thorough with everything he did. The Doctor who came in lastly was extremely nice. It was reassuring to have him check all of my teeth and inform me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, and no cavities either. As odd as it seems to say, I am looking forward to coming back for a cleaning and check up in six months.

After a weekend of grueling pain due to two cracked back teeth, I was recommended to go to DPI Dental. I called yesterday and was scheduled for extractions, collagen and bone graft the very next day. Upon my arrival, I was immediately seen and was introduced to Dr. Willner. He was so considerate and pleasant. He assured me he could get my teeth out even though they were badly cracked. He was GREAT! I am proud to be able to call him my new dentist!! The staff were all pleasant and the Office Manager, Crystal, took the time to fully check my insurance and fully explain my copayments, which were extremely reasonable!! If you are looking for a great dentist, come on out to DPI Dental in Howard Beach! You won't be disappointed.

I love this place!!! Fast service, wonderful staff, and a very clean environment. I was helped right away, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

I had a molar extracted and two crowns placed. The doctor and staff were very professional, careful, and respectful throughout the whole process. I’m grateful for their work and service. I would definitely come back again. Definitely 5 stars.

This is a nice dental office. The staff is helpful and informative. They made me feel comfortable and less nervous. Dr. Paul is also a pretty cool dude giving helpful tips about tooth care and options for various services. I highly recommend this office for individuals and families.

Very clean professional and quick. I didn’t have to wait long. The dental hygienist did an amazing job with the teeth cleaning. I had a toothache and he cleaned my teeth with zero pain. The doctor is great too. My procedure went well and I’m happy I now have a good reliable dentist in my area. 10/10 recommend.

They are amazing!! Pick up the phone FAST and actually follow up after talking to insurance. Most places you have to beg to get them to call back, but theyre amazing here. I needed major dental work, was running a little late because of the storm, but they were soo accommodating. I definitely recommend them!!!!

I moved to the area recently so had to find a new dentist. I called several other dentists recommended by my insurance but they never called back. DPI picked up immediately, confirmed that they accepted my insurance and booked an appointment for the following week. No delays, no hassels. The visit was outstanding: the office staff was helpful, friendly and organized- the hygienist and dentist were excellent and the office was clean, well-lit and modern. I’m a new patient and recently had to get one of my molars extracted and an implant placed. Needless to say I was very nervous because I have never needed any major dental work to be done. But from the minute I stepped into the office I was greeted in a very professional manner by the two ladies at the front desk. Krystal, the office manager, she is amazing and took the time to answer all of my questions. And I had a lot of questions! My Doctor.. Dr Adam Barsoum was absolutely amazing. He eased my nerves and made the experience as painless as possible. He is very good at what he does. My follow-up was with Dr. Ilan and again I had a very quick and painless experience. The hygienists are great as well. Now I look forward to going to the dentist! Would recommend this office to my family and friends anytime.
