Dr Messer is a wonderful dentist! She explains everything she is doing in detail. She is very gentle and she makes you feel very comfortable. Her assistant Violet is also great, very comforting. I would highly recommend Dr Messer and the office!

Frustrated with Dr. Waples at DPR Dentistry. Instead of ordering a proper fitting template, she used my active Tray 3 on the day I switched to Tray 4, cutting it up and discarding it. Her careless decision destroyed my mandatory clinical backup tray and left my Invisalign treatment without a safety net.

I have been a patient since the 1990s! You really can’t go wrong here at all!

I am a physical therapist that works around the corner from the Lockport location, referred by a coworker of mine. A lot of people at my office raved about DPR.. and it had been a little while since I had a steady dentist. From the moment I walked in, was processed and treated, it was indeed a flawless experience. My teeth and gums look and feel great. Staff were kind and honest. I would gladly recommend any of my patients to DPR if they are in need of good dental care!

My husband and I have been with the business for close to 40 years and I am sad to say it's not what it use to be. My main concern is the amount of cancelations I get for our appointments. It's always some lame excuse about the hygienist, and the call I got yesterday canceling yet another appointment is the last. Moving on to someone new and hopefully someone that can keep an appointment. I don't have a schedule that can take a last minute reschedule that accommodates this office every time my 6 month appointment comes up. I also haven't seen a hygienist more than twice in years, there is a constant rotation of employees. My schedule requires requesting time off for this as my schedule is constantly changing so having to constantly accommodate this office every time they cancel is ridiculous.
