In one visit, they managed to give me a complete new patient evaluation, a cleaning, and excellent dental repair work. The office is gorgeous and every member of the staff is accomplished and kind. I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. In 2023, I had a crown and veneer placed, and unfortunately the results did not meet reasonable expectations. I experienced ongoing issues and ultimately had to seek care from another dentist to have the work completely redone. What was most frustrating was the lack of clear answers to my questions about the treatment and outcome. When I consulted another provider, they were able to thoroughly explain the issues and correct them without hesitation. In addition to the clinical concerns, I found the front desk and billing interactions to be unprofessional and unhelpful, which added to an already stressful situation. Overall, I would not return to this practice and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
