I love Dr. Ali Family Dentistry. Dr Ali is so nice and really cares about her patients. The staff is competent, well trained and delightful. She did my filling and my wife's crown. We're both very happy with the procedures and results. Do yourself a favor and go see this dentist !
Dr. Ali (and Melissa and Jenny) are so kind and funny. When I go in there, I feel like family—much more so than when I go to Olive Garden. Dr. Ali is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She’s also very approachable so I feel comfortable asking her any questions I might have. Cleanings with Melissa are gentle and she checks in on me often to make sure I’m doing ok throughout the process. Everyone is amazing and they make me look forward to going to the dentist.
I've experienced traumatic experiences with dentists in the past so I am a highly anxious patient as a result. When Dr Becker left this practice I was very concerned about building trust with another team. However, I was immediately comforted by Dr Ali and her team. Dental Hygienist Melissa is very kind, patient, and gentle. And while I (thankfully) haven't required any dental work since Dr Ali took over the practice, every interaction I've had with her has proven her to be a very compassionate and gentle person. I also appreciate how welcoming and friendly the front office staff are at time of check in. They make you feel welcome and comforted. Lastly, Dr Ali's office has upbeat music playing in the office, which is a welcome change from the typical elevator music heard in most dental offices or the sounds of drilling and dental work. I have a history of letting my nerves get the best of me and cancel scheduled cleanings to avoid dental offices. I can say I haven't missed a 6mos cleaning in years, and Dr Ali and her staff are a big part of the reason why. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ali.
My husband and I always have a positive experience at Dr. Ali's office. The office staff is friendly, kind, and competent. The hygienists are the best we've ever experienced. Their cleanings are thorough, yet gentle; and they share up-to-date information on products and procedures that I would not know of otherwise. Dr. Ali herself is lovely and competent. Dr Ali and her team were so amazing. From the moment I walked into their office I felt calm because I was so extremely nervous. I have not gone to the dentist in years and never seem to go unless it’s an emergency. The reason for today’s visit was because I had pain in my right wisdom tooth. Turns out the top two both needed to be taken out. I knew this was going on for sometime and I decided to let Dr Ali and her team take care of me. I trust Dr Ali and her team that I even scheduled my teeth cleaning appointment with them soon. They were very professional, caring, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable. They explained the after care and I am just glad I came to get this taken care of here. Huge thank you to Dr Ali and her team ❤️
