I had a great experience with Dr. Ali. The clinic has a very nice ambiance, making it feel comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Ali has a very gentle touch, and I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone looking for a skilled dentist.

I’m genuinely puzzled by the hype surrounding this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for my 2-year-old daughter and made it clear in advance that she’s very young and unlikely to stay still. I specifically asked whether the staff were experienced in handling toddlers, and I was assured that the doctor was well-equipped to manage young children. Unfortunately, our experience was far from reassuring. The doctor was not friendly and seemed rushed, eager to move on to the next patient. She didn’t complete the cleaning and polishing, stating that it would only be done once the insurance approved the filling claim. To my surprise, the cost of a baby’s filling was BD 50 through insurance—or BD 70 if paid out of pocket. That’s quite steep. Two days later, I followed up myself and found out that the insurance had already approved the claim, yet no one from the clinic had contacted me. It made me wonder—had I not reached out, when would they have informed me? The entire experience felt impersonal and transactional. It was disappointing to hear that the cleaning would only be completed after the filling was approved, especially since I wasn’t even sure I wanted to proceed with the filling at this clinic. The doctor didn’t take the time to explain anything, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. She seemed more focused on getting to her next appointment than addressing our concerns. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I’ve since consulted another clinic where the cost of a filling is just BD 15—and the service was far more attentive.

I've been coming to this dental clinic for many years, and the level of care has always been exceptional. The entire staff is consistently polite, professional, and attentive. Recently, I visited for a routine cleaning with Dr. Mamtha, who took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and identified an issue that required further attention. She performed an X-ray and promptly referred me to Dr. Rejish for a root canal. Thanks to their swift and expert care, my tooth was saved. I'm truly grateful to both Dr. Mamtha and Dr. Rejish for their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to excellent patient care.
