From the outset, they extended a warm welcome and went to great lengths to treat me with respect, taking into consideration my Deafness. Their provision of convenient communication methods, such as writing and lip reading, made a significant difference. My initial encounter with Dr. Porter involved relieving the discomfort of an infected bone graft, which he skillfully removed, leading to a successful healing process. This experience solidified my trust in his expertise. Given my usual apprehension about relying on medical teams, my second interaction for a bone graft implant was truly exceptional, resulting in a smooth recovery. Dr. Blake Porter was excellent. On our first consultation, he calmed my teenage boy's fears of the procedure. Dr. Porter explained what would happen and answered all our questions. On the day of the wisdom teeth extract, he was thorough and competent. He and his staff explained everything as it happened. My son's healing has gone smoothly with no incidents. Dr. Porter and his supporting staff were amazing with my daughter. She has severe anxiety and everyone involved was very patient and calming with her so her experience was the best it could be. They were very thorough with post op instructions and called to check on her after. I wasn’t prepared for the course of action that was needed, multiple teeth needed to be surgically removed along with a sinus lift and implants. I was quite anxious, however , Dr. Porter put me at ease. His professionalism was outstanding. He provided me with my options which in turn allowed me to make the right decision for my future.
