I have been seeing Dr. Lamb for over 6 years. He provides amazing care! He attends to all of your needs and concerns. Coming to his office has been a big game changer!

The office doesn't acknowledge contracts or network participation with insurances. Billing practices are shady and often take months to file a claim. Balance bills members for services not covered by insurance even tho explanation of benefits show $0 patient responsibility. If you ask for reimbursement they will decline and assign it as office credit. I provided clear explanation with codes and definitions on to why they couldn't balance bill, office front desk turned rude and would not allow me to leave without paying and advised me to take it with the insurance if i was unhappy. I explained that the insurance they are in network with, has already shared explanations and narratives on why they cant charge me. I referenced the copy of explanation of benefits the office used to charge me and showed them that the patient responsibility is $0.00. Office didnt even bother to look at it or acknowledge their own explanation of benefits. Its clear that the quality of services has dropped from the fantastic 5 star review they had 9 years ago. I even tried to get a mouth guard because i grind my teeth, dentist never discussed the options with me and wanted me to go through studies and procedures not covered by insurance. I took the first sleep study and received an appointment for a 15 min discussion on to why my results were one of the best he has ever seen and scheduled me for a second study. Between studies I had another appointment for a different service, dentist had already forgotten why I had the sleep schedule for and included symptoms i have never had. I understand that compared to other offices, keystone dental provides an ok service, but after my last visit its clear they are part of the offices that would rather provide services for money than for the wellbeing of the patients.

It's been over 5 years and I was scared to death after my last visit with another dentist...I was given a very warm welcome and Dr. Lamb took the time to introduce himself and get to know me a bit first, made sure I was completely comfortable and then did the exam...He explained everything to me in detail and totally put me at ease. Upon check-out I was given a full explanation of charges and was also told what to expect for my out of pocket charges for my impending root canal & crown and the payment options available...They were very professional and thorough, but made me feel at home and at ease...I have months of treatment ahead of me for neglecting my teeth for so long out of fear, thank goodness I'm looking forward to coming here and I know I'll be well taken care of...I felt like I was part of the treatment plan and that's important to me... Dr Lamb and his staff are simply the best! We started seeing him when we lived in Colorado Springs, but even after we moving up to Parker 4 years ago we continue to see Dr Lamb for all our dental needs. He takes excellent care of our entire family of six. Even our 2 year old has his dental care taken care of at Keystone Dental. Dr Lamb and his staff always make sure we are well cared for and make our experience a very pleasant one. We not only get excellent dental care, but also get pampered while they work! From a massage chair to softening treatment on our hands to earphones with a movie or music, we are taken care of! Talk about service!

I came in today for my bi-annual cleaning. I brought with me my usual bundle of nerves and apprehension. Pam greeting me with her usual charm and humor. She told me that Dana was working today but she PROMISED me that Morgan will take good care of me. I was nervous (as usual). Morgan was everything Pam promised and more! I have NEVER gotten my teeth cleaned without breaking into a sweat, and clenching my fists, and just being very very uptight. Between Morgan's fantastic "chairside" manner and the massage chair.... it was ALMOST a pleasurable experience. ALMOST. Thanks Doctor Lamb for hiring such dedicated staff, and having such a welcoming atmosphere in your office!! Gone are the days where dentist offices are sterile cold places!!! Marie Kralik
