Eagle Ridge Dentistry is by far my favorite dental office I've ever been to. The place is extremely clean and welcoming, and so are the staff! Ashleigh and Fred are a great team and really make my experience comfortable every time. They also have great toys and colouring pages to keep my two year old son busy, so it relieves the stress around my appointment. Thank you guys!

I strongly do not recommend this practice at all. Initially I had gone in and everything seemed like it would be extraordinary care however we are now sitting in basically a week away from June and I saw them back in April and to this day their office has not reached out to me for TMJ despite doing a consult. I even sent several emails yet. When I was booking an appointment they did not stop harassing forms and other communication so I know that they’re available for communication but they just choose in my case for whatever bizarre reason to not appropriately provide accurate patient care or with the level of empathy that is required within the professional of dentistry

I cannot recommend this office enough. Look I know what type of client I am. I hate going to the dentist, I get bad anxiety and fear and all of it manifests as anger. I routinely try to explain to my dental providers how I feel and what I need to get through my appointments, and Eagle Ridge is the ONLY office in Simcoe that actively listened to what I needed and provided it to the letter. When I first called the receptionist was patient with me and listened to my laundry list of requests and needs. She never made me feel bad or rushed, she took down every note I asked her to and 2 weeks later when I came in for my appointment she was there to greet me and already knew who I was. She had prepared in advance for what I had requested and went through it with me so I felt comfortable. When I met Christine, my hygienist for the day, it was clear that she had also gone through my file and prepared for me as a patient. She acknowledged my discomfort and made me feel safe and included in the process every step of the way. She didn’t make me feel bad or imbue an impending sense of oral doom like my last dentist. She didn’t rush me, did not treat me like a debit card to be tapped. At all times I could tell the focus was on my comfort and oral health, and not on maximizing the number of patients they can see in a day. It’s taken me more then 10 years to find a dentist I can trust but I am relieved to say that I seem to have finally found one. To the team at eagle ridge, thank you for your care. You treated me like a patient and not a client and that makes a world of difference. OH, and they validate parking so you don’t have to worry about the evil parking corporations trying to steal your money. They also have a Nespresso in the lobby that fills the office with the most wonderful fresh coffee smell.

Another great experience at Eagle Ridge Dentistry. Janet has been my hygienist for many years and is so knowledgeable and kind that I really enjoy my appointments with her. Together with Dr Fred, the front desk staff and other staff members they all make an incredible and caring team.

Eagle Ridge was a great first experience. The front desk staff including Wendy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The care team including Catherine was gentle and a master of her craft. They made parking easy and seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first experience.

I am a new patient. Dr. Fred and Ashleigh are great. Dr.Fred recommended to use new technology to fix a hole in my tooth, so no freezing was required! The front desk staff is very good as well! when I called them, they told me to bring a parking ticket into the office, and they scanned it, so I didn't need to pay for the parking. Going to the dentist is usually hard, but I didn't feel any stress at Eagle Ridge.

If I could give minus stars I would. Dr. Fred took part of a filling out that should have never been touched, without my consent. I have been in 10/10 pain since and they are refusing to take responsibility and help pay for the root canal that they told me is needed to get me out of pain asap. Might seem fine for regular check ups but if anything goes wrong they look the other way. I would not trust this office at all. They are simply ignoring me and it’s not right. Update- they have firmly refused to help financially with the root canal need that they have caused by touching a tooth that should not have been touched. They had all of the history of this tooth in my chart and did not tell me they had to touch said tooth, did not tell me or ask me. They did not have my consent. I would not trust this place at all.

First and foremost, Dr. Fred and his assistant Ashleigh are the sole reasons I overcame my fear of dentists and healed from a severely traumatic event that left me scarred. I didn’t even disclose that I had dental trauma, Dr.Fred is genuinely an incredible dentist and organically lead me into the belief that not all dentists are animals. I cannot say enough about Eagle Ridge Dentistry as a whole. The services I have had include a frenectomy (tongue tie release) and multiple follow ups, cleanings for myself and my daughter and I had a cavity filled. Not only were they incredible with me, they were incredible with my daughter who is 4. Nhan and Wendy at the front are amazing and the most accommodating secretarial staff I have ever met! They immediately make you feel so welcome and so loved that my daughter lights up when I tell her we have to go see the dentist. By the second visit they felt like family and genuinely care about your well being, dental and otherwise. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! We’ll see you soon!
