This place was horrible. The nurses and doctors were super nice but very rough, they had to reschedule me and my husband multiple times because of their water being shut off and we live over an hour away. The front desk ladies were very rude and did not listen to anything i said. I can go on but its not even worth the time. Again nurses and doctors were nice but goshhhh!!!
Overall the service is fantastic the place the clean. Today wasn't so pleasant. The receptionists in the front entrance totally unprofessional especially the pregnant one. Speaking about people in Spanish is a no no for sure. Shame on both of you
Got vaneers for my 9 year old they are beautiful
Don't go here, I went for a root canal re treatment and they were not transparent about the insurance and the out of pocket cost even after I asked MULTIPLE times then once the service was fully completed (after 7-10 appointments so annoying!) they sprung a new cost on me. Completely unprofessional and they are taking advantage of clients.
They do NOT run up the bill, and subject you to extra pain and suffering just because the insurance company will pay for it like many other dentists.
I had a tooth extraction a month and a half ago January 2026 and it was a very difficult extraction in my roots are extremely deep. I went home and had excessive bleeding and my husband tried to contact the office after hours. No one answered the phone. You are not answered by an on-call service So I was completely alone and abandoned, and not to mention frightened. The next day I called the office to ask if they had an on-call system after hours they said no we don’t so I asked the receptionist do you have anyone that you can refer to for after hours problems? She said I’m not sure I’ll check. If she came back to the phone and said no, we don’t know anybody that works at night! I was abandoned. And the first time I had the assessment before I had the extraction the office, Including the female dentist that work there Or less than professional. I’m sorry I can’t recommend
The Dt is good but the front desk is the worst, unprofessional and lie.. They canceled the Oct appointment a few hours before the appointment. They then rescheduled on the day of the office is closed, November 28. I received a confirmation by email on Nov 28 for the 11 am appointment. I went there and it’s closed. I have been scheduling for root canal, filling, and cleaning since Sept for Oct, then Nov while the office was closed then now is Jan 2026. Even emergency. I don’t think this place needs customers or care for patients. What kind of customer service is it? This message is for the front desk to treat the future patients with care.
Crystal is absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taking care of. She has been able to alleviate anxiety during extremely uncomfortable times physically and also mentally. She has provided comfort during scary times, and has been patient and supportive of making a patient care plan, and helping with different options. she is extremely encouraging and is one of the reasons that I continue to go here her kindness goes far and has truly made a difference. Thank you Crystal for your hard work and dedication.
I have been going here for about 5 years now. Never had a problem until this week. My 5 year old son need to be seen for a infected cavity. They got me in the next day. When we got there she looked at his tooth and said we should just take it out now. I agreed. I don't think this dentist has experience with children. She didn't prepare him for what was about you happen. She came at him like he was an adult and he understood what was about to happen. It was obvious she was trying to get this done ASAP so she can move on to the next patient. She tried to inject the numbing so she could extract the tooth and again she gave him no warning or comfort at all for what was about to happen. She numbed him walked away to work on another patient or multiple it seemed like which seems extremely unsanitary to me and then came back a few moments later. She again came at him like he was an adult and start to try the pull the tooth out. He cried because he was still in pain! She got another needle to try and numb him more and WITHOUT WARNING just started to poke him again. He cried and started moving when she shouted at him not to move. This was a out 5min. Once she realized it wasn't gonna come out easy she told me she couldn't do it and handed me a referral. Disappeared to another patient after that. As I'm waiting for his prescription my poor son was sitting in the chair holding all this blood in his mouth where I proceeded to help him and spit it out and put gauze to help him. They just completely traumatized him and then left him to have a mouth full of blood. I go to fill his prescription and the pharmacist tells me this dose doesn't exist. I will never be going back to this office again. I highly recommend not taking your kids here.
