I was in pain from work done by another local dentist. They got me in right away for a consult and immediately started addressing the issue. Much compassion; prompt and concerned. Highly recommend the dentist and all his staff.

They are all so kind. Definitely recommend. Dr Lines and Dr Anderson are both the best.

It has been at least 35 years since I had a Dentist that caused me no pain. I am new to the area so I had to rely on all the reviews out there and let me tell you, everything good you see about Dr. Lines is more than true. I had some major issues and he got me in within an hour of calling his office. I am a coward when it comes to the Dentist, but with Dr. Lines I do not have any worries. Also, I would like to mention his staff, they are all very professional, courteous and kind, it is a pleasure to walk into the office.

Great doctor, excellent chair side manner. He makes you feel comfortable and less anxious which is good for those who are scared of the dentist. Everything is clean and he takes his time with you. Debra at the front desk and all the other staff members are really nice. Kathy does an amazing job cleaning your teeth! Very thorough and gentle. I loved the results and kept looking at my teeth in the mirror! Doctor is very calming and so is his dental assistants! You leave feeling healthy and almost forget you were at the dentist :)

My husband and I have been going to this dental office since we moved to Albuquerque nearly 6 years ago. We're about to move out-of-state, and I'm bummed that I have to find a new dentist. Not only is Dr. Lines phenomenal, but the dental hygienist, as well as the rest of the staff at the office, are all amazing. I seriously dreaded going to the dentist before I went here, but at this office, I've always had quality work done, and so has my husband. Dr. Lines even came in on the weekend once when I had an abscess, and I know it wasn't easy for him because he has a large family to take care of. He knew I was in pain though, so he took the time to make sure I was okay. Anyway, I highly recommend this dental office. You will NOT be disappointed because they take pride in their work, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. To the review below saying that work had to be redone elsewhere, I would ask if you tried to contact them about it. Dr. Lines would have easily fixed any mistake for free. Also, the voice answering service gives him messages; I literally just used it last weekend to ask a question about my temporary crown. If you needed to leave a message for the office staff, it's easy to just submit an email or leave a message with the answering service.

Dr. Lines and his staff are the epitome of caring, considerate, thorough professionalism in dental care. Their office staff always remembers me, is on the ball and prepared (without fault); and their specialists are gentle and kind. My experiences at Dr. Line's Dental Care have been so positive that as my family moved across the state, we still drive 3 hours twice a year back to their office just because we love our dentist so much! Dr. Lines and his staff are friendly, funny, and above all else professional. Having visited the good doctor on many occasions I have to say I love what he does. My teeth have never been better taken care of and the staff and doctor deserve all the credit.
