Unfortunately, the experience was unsatisfactory. The prices were unreasonably high. The biggest shock came with the coordination with the insurance companies. To make matters worse, I contacted the insurance company myself and confirmed that the amount due was very small, yet the clinic still deducted a large additional amount without performing any procedure or providing any service in return for this increase, and without offering any logical justification.

Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Marie Lynn Nasrallah. I came to the clinic with a very specific request: to have a panoramic X-ray taken and to discuss comprehensive dental treatment under general anesthesia. Our daughter’s regular pediatric dentist, a highly qualified doctor who knows her and has treated her before, had already advised us that because she is only 4 years old, has multiple teeth requiring treatment and very deep decay involving the nerve, this amount of dental work could not reasonably be completed with nitrous oxide and local anesthetic alone. I explained all of this very clearly to Dr. Marie. My daughter was NOT in an acute emergency. I did not come asking to have this particular tooth treated that day — I came for an X-ray and to find out whether the clinic offered comprehensive treatment under general anesthesia and what it would cost. Nevertheless, Dr. Marie strongly insisted that she could successfully treat the problematic tooth using nitrous oxide and local anesthetic. I specifically told her what our previous dentist had warned us about, but Dr. Marie remained confident that she could manage it. Unfortunately, from that point everything felt extremely rushed. My daughter initially continued cooperating and opening her mouth even after the injections. However, once the metal clamp and rubber dam were placed and treatment continued, she repeatedly told us, “It hurts.” I was told that she “couldn’t be in pain” because anesthetic injections had been given. But my child continued saying that she was in pain. She began crying and eventually started gagging as if she might vomit. This was especially frightening to me because the doctor already knew that she had just eaten a full meal before got nitrous oxide. Her gums were also bleeding around the metal clamp. What shocked me most was what happened when my daughter became frightened and refused to continue. I was told that additional staff could be called to physically restrain her by her arms and legs while I left the room so that the dental procedure could be completed. I refused. I never imagined that in Dubai in 2026, in a clinic specializing in pediatric dentistry, I would hear a proposal that several unfamiliar adults physically restrain my hysterically crying, terrified 4-year-old child while dental treatment with instruments continued. At that moment she was crying, gagging, frightened and clearly unable to cope with what was happening. This was absolutely unacceptable. Only after I firmly decided to take my daughter away was an alternative, much less invasive temporary solution offered. Medication was placed and the tooth was temporarily closed without drilling mashine. Then Dr. Dina came in. She was calm, experienced, professional and reasonable. After assessing the situation, she confirmed that considering my daughter’s young age and the amount of dental work required, her teeth should indeed be treated comprehensively under general anesthesia. She also explained that this tooth would need to be properly treated as part of that procedure. In other words, the final recommendation was essentially the same reason I had come to this clinic in the first place. What I cannot understand is why this particular treatment was pushed so aggressively when I had not come asking for it, there was no acute emergency requiring it to be done that day, I had clearly communicated the recommendation of the dentist who already knew my daughter, and ultimately Dr. Dina herself confirmed that comprehensive treatment under general anesthesia was appropriate. What was achieved by attempting to treat this one tooth in this way? My daughter left the clinic frightened, in more pain, and later developed swelling of her cheek. Most importantly, a child who previously cooperated with dentists is now afraid of going back. For a pediatric dental clinic, preserving a young child’s trust in dentists should be just as important as treating the teeth

We had an excellent experience at the clinic. Dr. Dina professionally explained the required treatment and was very kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. This was followed by Dr. Salma, who did an amazing job with our children, Leen and Kareem. She was highly skilled, patient, and made them feel very comfortable. A truly high-end clinic with exceptional care—we are very glad we found it and highly recommend it!

Extremely disappointed with hidden fees and unfair billing We booked routine teeth cleaning sessions for both myself and my wife, expecting a straightforward procedure. Instead, we were each charged a separate consultation fee on top of the cleaning cost—bringing the total to almost 800 AED per person just for a standard cleaning. There was no separate or requested consultation involved; we simply came in, sat in the chair, and received the cleaning. Charging an extra consultation fee for each of us during routine appointments without clear upfront disclosure feels unreasonable and misleading. I strongly advise anyone booking here to get a full, transparent breakdown of charges beforehand so you aren't hit with unexpected fees.

I have been using Doctor Dina’s dental clinic for all my 3 sons for the past 6 years and the service , efficiency and aftercare has been amazing. I definitely recommend this clinic for all your pediatric and adolescent dental needs. We feel so comfortable and well informed when we are here. The best in Dubai!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this experience this was. In a world where people prioritise quantity over quality having someone spend 20mins making our daughter comfortable was unbelievable. She only needed a few minutes to check our toddlers teeth but Dr Dina really took the time to make our daughter feel safe. I was so worried about going but she took all of that worry away. On top of that the transfer of her vast amount of knowledge was quick and incredibly useful. We came away so well informed. we cannot recommend her enough.

We know this place for years already, Dr Dana is wonderful with little kids, she helped us with 2 cavities when my little one was only one year old. Thanks to Dr Dana no traumatic experience so far, I think she can find a way to any child. Thank you so much!

Today we went to Dr. Dina Pediatric Dentistry Clinic. I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Melissa. She was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and professional. My 5-year-old daughter had a previous bad experience at the dentist and was very traumatized, so I was worried about how today would go. Dr. Melissa was incredibly friendly and gentle, and she made my daughter feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning. The way she connected with her, explained everything, and treated her with so much care was truly wonderful. My daughter actually loved her experience and left happy, which means the world to me as a parent. I also want to thank the amazing nurses who were so kind, supportive, and caring throughout the visit. The whole team made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Today was my daughter’s first dental appointment, and honestly, I was quite nervous because she needed a cavity treatment and a crown. However, the entire experience was much better than I expected. Dr. Sarah was amazing with my daughter. She took the time to introduce her to the room, explain every step of the process, and make her feel comfortable and relaxed. The induction was done so smoothly that my daughter wasn’t scared at all. The procedure was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. My daughter didn’t feel any pain and was actually happy throughout the visit. The whole team at the clinic was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They were very helpful and made both of us feel at ease. The little gifts for the children were such a lovely touch and made the experience even more special.
