My son came in for his routine check-up and had X-rays done for the first time. I’m so proud of how well he handled everything at just 3 years old! Our assistant Candy was so kind, patient, and reassuring, which made the whole experience even better. We truly appreciate the care and are never disappointed with our visits.

We’ve had such a great experience at Dr. Ellen Im’s pediatric office. The office is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the staff is consistently kind and caring from the moment we arrive. Dr. Im is attentive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes me feel very confident as a parent. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Candy. She is truly wonderful and always makes my two daughters feel comfortable and at ease. Her patience, warmth, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. We love that we hardly ever need to wait when we arrive for our appointments. This office does its best to be prompt. Candy was our hygienist today. She was personable, thorough, and gave us helpful tips on brushing. Dr. Ellen is always great with addressing any concerns and answers all my questions. My child also looks forward to her appointments as they make it comfortable and fun to visit.

The staff here are an amazing group of professionals. They are extremely fondly as well. My kids are in high school and college and have been going to Dr. Ellen Im since they were babies. They also both got their braces here as well. We love them all. Highly recommend for your kids and family.
