They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and provided a level of customer service that is honestly becoming very hard to find. The entire office runs with such warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. My only suggestion: if this office could start offering customer service lessons to every local business, I’m pretty sure they could single-handedly save our economy — and possibly this generation. 😂 Exceptional care, exceptional people, and truly exceptional customer service. I was so blessed today. I had an emergency and needed a tooth removal and Dr. Grant took me in. Everyone here is so kind. From the doctor to the assistants to the office staff. If you are looking for top-notch care and not just a doctor or team focused on what they can get out of you as a customer, this is your place. I initially visited because of a concern about my gummy smile. They treated me like family and, rather than rushing into an aesthetic procedure, thoughtfully advised me to see an orthodontist first. I’ve since followed that recommendation and am currently going through my straightening process. Once that’s complete, I will be returning to this office without a shadow of a doubt.
