Not a good experience pretty happy not doing business here.Honestly, I was completely fine with rescheduling as I was running late but the interaction with the staff about the situation is what made me glad not to ever go back. Same as the back and forth interaction on the reviews here. In all truthfulness I do not recommend. Mutual respect is needed. If you are a bit late you have to reschedule if you are late again, as they said, the doctor won’t see you. 🤔 first impressions are important.
First time at this office and I wish I had started coming years ago. Dr. Short and Jen made me feel comfortable from the start. There was no wait and had my filling done quickly without any discomfort. Highly recommend!
We have always had quality care at Dr. Short's office. They are really great with our children and make their experience of going to dentist less intimidating. It has been a pleasure not having wasteful addition costs or unexplained fees on my insurance statement. It has been a hugh problem I have had to deal with at previous dentists' offices. Having four school age children and a very busy schedule, I like the idea of having our dental issues taken care of quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.
Dr. Short and his assistant Jennifer are friendly, professional, empathetic, and they work hard to make every office visit confortable. They really cared about helping me and healing me. Thank you Dr Short and Jennifer. This is the best dentist I have had in 49 years.
Last year my family and I began seeing Dr. Short. I was terrified of dentist so it had been a number of years since my last visit to anyone and it took a great deal of courage for me to even call and make the appointment. Dr. Short was so understanding and caring that not only did I make it through the appointment with flying colors but have had a second appointment! I am so pleased with his care that I recommend him to everyone!
