Emergency and general dentistry at 848 Brickell Ave Miami
Smyleee Rating
Very Good
848 Brickell Avenue is one of Brickell's established professional towers, hosting multiple dental practices on its upper floors in the heart of Miami's financial district. Suite 940 is the location of Dr. Irene Marron-Tarrazzi's practice — the same building that houses Brickell Dental (Dr. Adriana Rodriguez) at Suite 1020 and Dr. Jose Delgado DDS at Suite 920, three distinct dental practices operating from separate units within the same high-rise on 848 Brickell Avenue.
Dr. Marron-Tarrazzi provides emergency dentistry and general dental care to patients in the Brickell corridor. Emergency dentistry — the capacity to see patients on short notice for acute presentations including toothache, cracked or broken teeth, lost fillings, loose crowns, and dental abscesses — is a service that defines a practice's community role beyond scheduled maintenance. In a densely populated urban neighborhood like Brickell, where patients may live steps from the office in adjacent towers, having an emergency-capable local provider eliminates the barrier of next-day-or-later appointments when dental pain strikes.
General dentistry provides the foundational relationship alongside emergency access: professional cleanings that prevent the tartar-to-decay progression, X-rays that identify structural issues before they become emergencies, fillings for early decay, crowns for compromised teeth, and the ongoing examination that tracks oral health across visits. For patients established as regular patients with Dr. Marron-Tarrazzi, emergency access is the safety net built into a general dentistry relationship.
The 848 Brickell Avenue tower provides elevator access and structured parking in the Brickell financial district, consistent with the logistics expectations of the corridor's professional residents and workers. Suite 940 on the 9th floor is accessible from the building's elevator lobby, consistent with the upper-floor medical-professional office configuration that characterizes this building.
For Brickell residents and workers seeking general dental care with reliable emergency access in the 848 Brickell Avenue professional tower, Dr. Irene Marron-Tarrazzi's Suite 940 practice offers that combination alongside the building's other dental providers — Suite 1020 and Suite 920 — making this tower one of Brickell's most dental-service-dense professional addresses.
Dr. Irene Marron-Tarrazzi, Suite 940, 848 Brickell Ave, Miami FL 33131 — emergency and general dentistry; same building as Dr. Delgado (920) and Brickell Dental-Rodriguez (1020).

Five-Star Implant Experience! I was referred to Dr. Irene Marron-Tarrazzi, DMD, MS, for two implants and couldn't be happier. I was initially anxious, especially since I had a wedding coming up! What truly impressed me was that she was able to remove one tooth and place the implant the very same day. Not many doctors have that specialized ability. The process was professional and completely painless. Even the second implant, which required a traditional approach due to an existing infection, went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Marron-Tarrazzi and her entire team! Thank you Dr for everything!!
The magic of Irene and her team is so impeccable! Not only is she a perfectionist but she gives great insight on the care and quality my mouth needed. I came in to get my crown lengthen in order to get my perfect smile with my veneers. The process was painless and they were able to work around my schedule with having two small kids. I cannot express my gratitude to Irene and everyone I met there! I truly love my new smile and she even told me the right tooth brush I should be using!! I cannot recommend them enough and I’m so lucky they gave me my new smile.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Marron-Tarrazzi and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care (Jhoana was very helpful). Dr. Marron-Tarrazzi is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also takes the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel at ease. Her staff is equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The office is modern, spotless, and runs like clockwork. I truly felt I was in the best hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier periodontal care in Miami!
Dr. Marron is very kind and calmed me down when I was getting local anesthesia in my gums. She did what my other dentist couldn’t. She explains everything perfectly. The people that work with her are also amazing and they check up on you to make sure you are feeling good.
one star is one too many. to be clear: the office is spotlessly clean. the hygienist at my initial visit did a very good job. so why only one star? the problems didn't start until i actually saw dr. marron: 1. she insisted upon testing that was medically contraindicated and against my wishes. claimed that it was required by state law. my present dentist recommended the testing but did not insist and indicated that no state mandate exists. 2. after being compelled to have the testing done (in order to have my teeth cleaned!), we had a short chat. inter alia, i asked whether or not patient autonomy was important to her practice of medicine. she, shockingly, confessed that she does not care what her patients want. think about that. 3. she canceled an office visit the day before it was scheduled with a story about repair work being done in the office. was offered to resechedule. . . in six months. claimed there was nothing available sooner and offered no hope about fitting me in if another patient canceled. previously, had no problem scheduling in much shorter time frame -- even without the inconvenience of them canceling an appointment at the last minute. i suspect that the cancellation/rescheduling was a just a crude ploy to dismiss me as a patient. marron-tarrazzi was clearly unhappy that i wasn't interested in a grafting procedure. why wasn't i interested? because i am old and unlikely to live long enough to receive any benefit. perhaps not a coincidence, i would have lived long enough to pay for the procedure. so, is she a liar who engages in unethical medical practices? a bully who doesn't understand (or doesn't care) that medicine is properly a cooperative venture between patient and health care professional? or someone with psychological problems who has no business in the medical field in any capacity? i don't offer any answers to the foregoing. based upon the facts set forth above, i will let you judge for yourself.
