Alina the dental nurse was great at scanning our teeth and the explanation on Invisalign by Jagtar dentist was great
Simna is really good with my child she is always checking if my child is ok through the surgery and she is really nice.
An absolute amazing experience. Hygienist Simna and her assistant Feyi acted in the utmost professional manner during my appointment. Made the whole process clear, clam and painless.
After being with the same dentist in Wales for over 30 years, I was understandably nervous about finding a new dentist when I moved to Leeds. Deu Dental Care have been fantastic! The whole team are always friendly, welcoming, and understanding. After so many years without needing any treatment, I was a little apprehensive about having fillings, but Syed and Alema were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and were incredibly quick, efficient, and reassuring. Thank you so much for making the experience such a positive one!
Following another appointment I have updated my review score. The dentist and I spoke about my concerns and he explained in-depth about why certain things were and were not done including what is available. I felt he dealt with it very well, and as previously stated my experience with him and his colleagues was great. Original: I signed up to this dental practice in March and was told I was at the top of the waiting list and should get in touch for an appointment. Multiple times I was told that I was not in a position on the waiting list for an appointment and this occurred multiple times. When I realised I should just resend the email confirming this, they immediately gave me an appointment this week. Anyway, I had a check up yesterday (19/05/2025) and advised I needed 5 fillings including a chipped front tooth repair. Additionally, I was advised I needed extensive cleaning and stain removal at an additional cost of approx £100. My main reason for a dentist is due to a broken tooth that has a temporary filling in, something that was done through an NHS emergency dentist. At deu I was told to leave it as and wait for it to break/fallout in the future as they wouldn't be able to put a proper filling in due the the metal ones not being sticky. I was also given the the option to pay additional and have a white filling installed. Anyway, I queried the cleaning part and asked why it wouldn't be included in the NHS cost and they said it wasn't offered as part of the NHS. So, I paid the NHS band 2 for the new fillings, and the additional cost as I was convinced I needed to get my teeth cleaned. A cost of approx £180!! Now, on the 20/05/2026 I have attended my appointment to get the work done. 3 fillings were done and not 5 as specified yesterday (which is good news and concerning too as I have a cavity on a lower canine that I raised concerns about on my initial appointment), one where an old filling was drilled out today, a new one in a position I hadn't realised I even needed a filling or a filling could even go and also the front tooth repair. After the fillings were complete, I noticed that the filling in the molar (old filling removed first) was done poorly, and the new fillings was shallow and left a substantial hole. I made the dentist aware of this and he promptly removed the entire filling and redid it from scratch. That was very concerning. Next up was the cleaning, this went ahead, unexpectedly with quite a few uncomfortable moments as with the fillings, this due to not being warned about potential scratches, and probably because no anesthetic was used throughout. During the process the machine stopped working and I was sat there for a short while until I was told I would need to rebook another appointment to get the treatment completed. Sadly this won't be until 10/06/2026 as they were fully booked for the rest of the month and I'm unavailable for the beginning of June. I genuinely feel as though I've been misled in having to pay extra to get the cleaning treatment done when it is part of the NHS band 2 treatment and I was told I need to get it done to prevent further gum issues. It's a really disappointing experience so far and I now need to take further time out of my schedule due to a fault on their part to get treatment completed. I'm sad to say, that even with the difficulty of getting an NHS dentist, I'm wary about future treatment here as it feels as though they may attempt to upsell me treatment. On a positive, the staff seem nice enough and the repair on my front tooth and the partial cleaning was done to a good standard. However, it still isn't enough to not raise concerns in a public forum as I genuinely believe as a paying customer, the service should be better
My children were attended to this morning. They staffs were amazing from receptionist (Esther ) to Doctor Simna and her assistant Feyi. Weldone to you guys and Due Dental. I can't wait to have myself and hubby in as well.
Wow! What can I say. What a fantastic outcome with my new dentures. I would like to thank Holly and the nurses for helping me to smile again (or grin like a Cheshire Cat). I’m so grateful to you all. You were smiling from start of my treatments till the final result. You helped me through my nervous times and would give me time to come away from my panic and always asked if I was wanting to rearrange my appointments, etc. I was so reassured, that we were able to continue to the end of each session. The journey from extractions to the final fitting of my permanent dentures has been worth the time and effort on both sides. Holly could see that I was so happy that I ended up with tears of joy. I would also like to thank the lovely receptionists there too. Every one of them were so polite and welcoming too. The reception area and rooms are exemplary. I’m over the moon with everything about Deu Dental Care. I have added some photos of the before and after. Thanks to Holly, and their laboratory that makes the dentures.
