I had a wonderful experience during my first appointment here. In particular Sharon the hygienist was amazing! Best I've ever had. As someone with a lip piercing, with other dental offices I've had the piercing bumped and jostled around quite a bit in the past. Not Sharon! She announced every time she was about to need to adjust my lip and also never once made contact with the piercing. What a pro!! Dr Roberson was also efficient and checked on a concern I'd had a question about, providing reassurance and information. If you're looking for a new dental office, I'd recommend this one!

I recently got a new upper denture. Dr. Roberson did a fantastic job, I now have the smile I always wanted. Him and his staff make it a pleasure going there.

Literally, I have been to 6 different dentist offices in my life before I came here. This is the ONLY DENTIST OFFICE and DOCTORS in over a 100 mile radius that have fixed my teeth for MY benefit and health. Other dentist have unnecessarily done work to get me to come back and have not cared nor educated me on my process, but Dr. Roberson office has actually helped me get to where I need and want to be. The whole team is very welcoming and supportive and by far the best dentist in the area. 10/10

I have been a patient of Dr. Butler for many years and have had numerous treatments in this office. I have always been greeted with friendly and helpful staff. I, as well as the rest of my family now see Dr. Roberson and I am so pleased to say that he has continued to run his office as Dr. Butler has. As someone who has a deeply rooted anxiety towards going to the dentist, it has been extremely helpful that this office provides a welcoming environment and staff to help calm those anxious nerves. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberson and his office for anyone’s dental needs.

I have been a patient there for 13 years and today I will never return. I had an appointment and I showed up 11 minutes late and they refused to clean my teeth. I understand there is a late penalty and I was willing to pay that because I was late over traffic, I left in an adequate amount of time to appear at my appointment in a timely fashion. I walked into the appointment and signed the sign in sheet as a dental hygienist. Jennifer was standing there asking if I had an appointment today and I said yes and explained why I was late and she said do you think I can clean your teeth in 15 minutes , and I explained that I was late due to traffic and construction with heavy equipment blocking the road road And Leah stated that she was in charge because the office manager has been out for awhile and I said well I’d like to speak to to someone of authority to explain my situation in the rudeness of not only the office staff the dental hygienist and the dentist She would get the dentist to come speak to me. She she stated that there was notations in my chart that I had Late to numerous appointments and I said will you make it very difficult for people that work during the week till five when you were saying your office closes at five the only thing I ever was offered was a 415 appointment until this appointment that was scheduled six months ago for 430. The dentist came up to the front to speak to me mind you this is in front of other patients. They are talking, extremely rude. The patients are staring in my direction due to this conflict. The dentist came up ROBERSON. Mind you this dentist had never seen me or worked on my teeth before. I’ve always had dr butler. He is amazing and I know he would have never allowed this to be handled in this fashion. Dentist Roberson did not care his business was losing a patient and did not handle this properly. I explained my situation and he stated that he would address the rudeness of the staff however they cannot clean my teeth and they can schedule me for an appointment on February 6 of 2025. I told them that I had been there for 13 years and I’ve had numerous dentists work on my teeth and had nothing but a great experience until today. I will never return to this business. I now understand why the turnover rate there is so high and I will now find a new dentist due to their unprofessionalism, the rudeness, and the overall humiliation due to the tone in which they were speaking to me in. I will ensure this is communicated to anyone that is searching for a dentist or to current patients. I have never been treated so poorly and argued with over being late to an appointment in which I could not control. I understand there is a policy in place however they handled this situation in the worst possible way.
