Dr Jason Augustine DDS

I was a patient of this office last year and just now remembered to leave them a glowing review! I needed to have two gum grafts done over the span of a few months, and the doctors and staff made the experience seamless! I had Dr. Patil as my surgeon and cannot be more grateful for the help he gave me. Every appointment was thorough, and the staff made sure that I understood and was well informed of what was happening, and the plan to treat it. When it came to the procedure, it all went very well! My grafts looked great and healed well. Everyone made sure that the procedure and recovery was well managed pain-wise. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I was referred here for a sinus lift and bone grafts for implants. Didn't get either. This place is dishonest. I should have listened to my gut and not had the treatment i got. Find another place.don't. I checked my insurance because I paid for a biopsy after being told I would get that money back if my health insurance paid for it. They never billed my health insurance. I checked my dental insurance and found the negotiated fee for my plan is $257 not the $550 they charged me. I called to let them know. Today I called after hours and left a message about it. I got an email with two attachments. The one attachment shows my insurance negotiated fee for biopsy is $257. Just give me my money back. I work really hard for my money and don't appreciate being taken advantage of. During my consultation the dentist said he would do my sinus lift and bone graft when he did the scaling on.my left side . It turned out that wasn't the case. I canceled that appointment. I had my right side done but was so disappointed with the first appointment I didn't go back for my follow up. I wasn't supposed to get the laser scaling. Honestly if I had listened to my gut I would have not gone to the first appointment either. They are now refusing to refund the money. Stay far away from this place.

Was calling to schedule here because I heard good things, but as soon as I heard “Brittany” on the phone I immediately hung up, I could barely hear her and said hi and she said “yes” in a very rude way so I hung up. Terrible customer service, hire some new people that want to work there.

Wanted a lot of personal information from me (SSN, Address, job contact info). I suspect they sell info. When I told them I didn't want to give that information and I wanted emails instead of paper correspondence they told me to go somewhere else.

There is a fable about a wolf and the sheep. IN MY OPINION: a “Doctor” who has a union mentality (not my job) as apposed to a “wholistic” approach, especially when it come the gums and teeth; is not one I would give my hard earned money to. Again, just my opinion, I hope this helps others make an informed decision. Have a good one Jason, thanks for the help!

My dentist referred me to him for two implants at two different times. He did a great job both times. He and his staff were very kind and caring and made the whole process easier. I'm grateful I was able to have been treated by him.

Dr Augustine is awesome! He has done several implants for me that have virtually painless and problem free. He is an expert and I recommend him highly. Thank you for everything!

I am so beyond blessed to have Dr. Augustine and his staff work on my teeth. I had a gum procedure done with them and couldn't be happier with the results. Not only are they all extremely friendly, but because of them I now have teeth that I am confident with. They have you come in before and after to make sure everything is looking good and you are prepared. My procedure was done so perfectly, with absolutely no pain at all. My only regret is not finding them earlier! 10/10 recommend!!!
