Such wonderful office staff! Did Icon infiltration and came from out of state. The results were better than I could have imagined. I’ve had these white spots for years and years and was always told that the only solution was either veneers or crowns. They made me not really want to smile and lowered my confidence. Not anymore! Dr Shapiro is extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time even though it was such an easy stress free experience.

Dr. Jake Shapiro is the best. I was having an issue with my molar over the July 4th holiday weekend and had a question, so I reached out. He called me back right away, checked in on me twice, and got me in first thing Monday morning. It really says a lot when a doctor takes that kind of time and care, especially over a holiday weekend. The office is spotless, beautiful, modern, and equipped with all the latest technology, but honestly, that's not what impressed me most. What stood out was the genuine warmth and care of everyone there. From the front desk team to the dental assistants, every person made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. And then there's Dr. Jake. He is an absolute perfectionist in the best possible way. He corrected bonding on my front tooth, and for the first time since I chipped it 28 years ago, it actually looks better than it did before the accident. You can tell he grew up in this practice, and the passion for what he does shines through in every interaction.
