After my dentist of more than 15 years retired, I was so nervous about finding someone new. A friend who is a born and raised New Yorker highly recommended this family-owned practice, and I am so grateful she did. From the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands. They were able to fit me in at the last minute, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. The office is spotless, beautiful, modern, and equipped with all the latest technology, but honestly, that's not what impressed me most. What stood out was the genuine warmth and care of everyone there. From the front desk team to the dental assistants, every person made me feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. And then there's Dr. Jake. He is an absolute perfectionist in the best possible way. He corrected bonding on my front tooth, and for the first time since I chipped it 28 years ago, it actually looks better than it did before the accident. His attention to detail is incredible, and it's obvious that dentistry isn't just his profession, it's in his DNA. You can tell he grew up in this practice, and the passion for what he does shines through in every interaction. I've now been back twice since my initial visit, and the experience has been just as exceptional each time. That consistency says everything. Finding a healthcare provider you completely trust is rare. I walked out of my first appointment feeling relieved, and now I can confidently say I've found my dentist for life. the staff at Dr Jake Shapiro’s office are awesome. the front desk team is accommodating, friendly, and the appt reminders they send are timely. the hygienists are all top quality as well and even take the time to remove my coffee and green veggie stains - leaving my teeth feeling brand new every time. Dr Jake is professional, well studied and adds a nice level of humor to my visits.

Very caring and responsive staff. Dr Shapiro is knowledgeable and able to handle my complex case that my faculty practice could not. I also appreciate him fitting me in one day instead of several appointments which would almost impossible for me. He had confident hands and has a wealth of knowledge for my complex case. I’ve had a couple of dental emergencies, and he’s always gotten me in right away — never rushing, always taking his time to make sure everything is done perfectly.
