Love this place, easy to make an appointment. Friendly staff - and the best part is that they don't try to up-sell you on things like treatments or fillings that you don't need. Despite industry standards!
Everyone was helpful and friendly
Love the job they hace done with me
Percy is very professional and efficient with dental cleanings. I loved his personality, professionalism, and dedication.
I have been going to Dr Nore's office for years and have been very happy with my experience with all of the staff I have encountered through the years(the woman at reception and appointments are wonderful). Last week I was in and had Percy for my cleaning and had an exceptional experience, he was great and I requested him for my next cleaning in six months. Thanks to the entire team and in particular Percy for a great experience! Best, DG
I’ve been a patient at this dental office for almost 10 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. I originally started coming here when I was living in the South End, and even though my life has changed quite a bit since then, one thing that hasn’t is my loyalty to this practice. Even now, living about 30 miles away, I still make the trip because the level of care here is unmatched. The entire team is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to explain everything, make you feel comfortable, and genuinely care about their patients, not just as clients, but as people. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality dental work with such a warm and compassionate atmosphere. Over the years, they’ve built a level of trust with me that keeps me coming back, no matter the distance. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and skilled dental team.
This place is a dental sweatshop. The minute I walked in I was shocked by the lack of maintenance and upkeep of the reception. I wish I listened to my gut instinct to leave. I was led down some very steep stairs - be careful if you are elderly and have mobility issues. The place is teeming with staff chatting, but no one is available to greet the patient or explain what is going on. I had a dental cleaning, it was rough and uncomfortable. The person's English was limited, which I don't typically criticise and usually empathise with, but in a medical setting, it's important that the provider and patient understand each other. I was extremely nervous. The technology is pretty outdated. I last had X-rays taken in this fashion 11 years ago. I won't be going back as I think I'm not the right fit for this type of a practice. I am really concerned about the hygiene as well. I pray I do not get sick or an infection after this experience.
I went to Dr. Joseph P. Nore’ clinic for the first time in November, 2023. I come from China, where dental medicine practice is different from America in many ways. I used to go to visit public dental care center when I was living in China. Dentists are heavily work loaded and super busy. Honestly speaking, I had unpleasant experiences when I had my wisdom teeth extracted and even regular teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, I had a failed root canal treatment which I received in a dental clinic in Shanghai years ago. Such frustrations put shadows on the idea of seeing a dentist even after I move to live in America. Lucky me! I have found Dr. Nore’ dental clinic finally. It’s located in a beautiful and historical urban neighborhood. The clinic is cozy, clean and organized. Everyone is nice, helpful and reliable. In the pass two and half years, I have had regular teeth cleaning, dental annual check up, decay tooth filling and a root canal re-treatment (the core buildup and the crown) there. The experiences and services are good! I deeply feel blessed that I have found a trustworthy dental clinic. I appreciate all the kindness I have received in Dr. Nore’ dental clinic.
A while back, a person at BU’s dental school recommended this dentist for cleanings. The area is lovely. The whole team is really nice, professional, & personable. The practice’s principals I’ve met with each did a good job sharing info about my teeth, showing me x-rays, & encouraging me to continue with good oral health practices. A Tufts dental student about to graduate was training on-site & did one of my cleanings. He was very nice & thorough, which I appreciated. Went back for another cleaning & saw they got new, black seating for the lobby. Very comfortable & professional looking. Never had a problem with booking appointments. They seem to have a steady stream of clientele. Bathroom was always clean & stocked with good soap & paper towels.
