Excellent clinic and staff. My doctor was Mr Irshad he was incredible, i had done my implant here, he explained to me the steps showing video of the procedure. I had no pain at all. The front staff was lovely and very welcoming. Will definitely come again.

!!One of the most unpleasant medical consultations I have ever experienced!! I visited Dr. Narmatha Jayabal expecting professionalism, respect, and the opportunity to discuss my treatment plan. Instead, I felt completely dismissed throughout the consultation. Every time I attempted to ask follow up questions or seek clarification, I felt interrupted and discouraged from speaking. The tone of the conversation made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and genuinely distressed. I left the clinic shocked by the way I was spoken to. As a patient, I believe it is reasonable to expect that questions regarding one’s own treatment can be asked without feeling intimidated or rushed. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and basic patient communication. A doctor may be knowledgeable, but patients also deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and dignity. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this consultation left such a strong impression that I felt compelled to share my experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not choose to return!!

She informed me that her duty hours were only until 7:30 PM, but even though it went past that time due to my insurance approval, she still patiently assisted me. She waited for my X-ray results, carefully explained them to me, and clearly discussed what needs to be done for my teeth. Overall, my first consultation was a very positive experience because of her professionalism and dedication. I’m looking forward to my next visit and hoping it will be just as good.
