The clinic network seems growing, but their customer service is lagging way behind. Booking an appointment is a headache—you get passed around from one WhatsApp number to another just to get scheduled. On top of that, the front desk/customer service staff don’t even know which doctors or branches offer direct insurance billing. They really need to set up a proper booking system and train their staff.

I have tried dental cleaning in many clinics but this place is really amazing and staff are super friendly and professional. Quality, skills, and everything is amazing and totally worth the price. I did my cleaning with Dr Shannon and I strongly recommend her. She is really skilled and she knows how to do her work perfectly. Thanks to this clinic.

One of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have had. The clinic appeared far more focused on selling treatments than providing patient-centered care. Different doctors gave conflicting diagnoses and treatment plans, yet each insisted their recommendation was the correct one. This inconsistency raised serious concerns about the credibility of the assessments and the quality of care being provided. Rather than taking the time to understand my circumstances and address my concerns, I felt repeatedly pressured into additional procedures and treatments that did not appear necessary. At no point did I feel that my best interests were the priority. Instead, the experience felt driven by revenue generation rather than genuine patient care. The lack of professionalism, transparency, consistency, and trust throughout the process has completely undermined my confidence in this clinic. I would strongly advise prospective patients to seek a second opinion before committing to any recommended treatment plan.

After a negative experience elsewhere, I was quite nervous about having more dental work done, but Dr. Sarmad completely put me at ease. He took the time to talk me through all my options, helped me make the best decision both aesthetically and financially, and never made me feel pressured to overspend. I had BioClear treatment done and I’m so happy with the results. The care, attention to detail, and follow-up were outstanding, and the whole experience was incredibly comfortable from start to finish. The reception team are also always so welcoming and friendly, they know exactly who I am when I arrive and always make the experience feel really personal and pleasant. Highly recommend!

The hygienist Ms.Katy Burova was very professional, gentle, and took the time to give me helpful advice and clear instructions for maintaining my oral health. The treatment was completely painless, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is very clean and well organized, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. A special mention to the reception team, who were extremely helpful and efficient with the paperwork. Paula, in particular, was outstanding she supported me throughout the process and made everything very smooth.

I had an excellent experience at Dr Joy Dental Clinic (Jumeirah) . From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the beautiful ambiance the clinic is modern spotless and very welcoming. It immediately puts you at ease... The service is truly world class, from the doctors, nurses and the receptionists are professional friendly and extremely attentive to detail. My dentist - Dr Ahmed took time to explain my procedure , and ensure that I was comfortable throughout the treatment (I have trauma with dentist before lol). Special mention to his assistant nurse Glaiza who took care of me during the whole procedure. Had two root canal treatments with Dr. Marjan Markhan, and honestly it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. She was genuinely caring, kind, and meticulous, and she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. My case required last-minute appointments, and Dr. Markhan went out of her way to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. She explained everything clearly, worked with real precision, and you genuinely feel you’re in the hands of a true professional. Her assistant and the whole team were also wonderful. Highly recommended, especially if you’re nervous about dental work.
