Dr. Kaci Kuykendall & Dr. Rigel Smart

I have been Dr. Kaci and Dr. Rigel's patient since the establishment of their office. The staff is friendly and always ready to serve. There has never been a doubt that I have received the best service for the money spent. Above everything else you feel like "family"

Love coming to see Dr. Kaci and Dr. Smart. They are great at explaining treatments, and amazing at getting you in between appointments when needed. They are also really great with my kiddos. All the hygienists are wonderful, fast and efficient! Not to be biased but Alliyah is my favorite one there. :)

(June 2026 Update) Dr. Smart and Carmen are always such a pleasure! Dr. Smart is so personable and considerate and Carmen is just the sweetest. They treated me with kindness, courtesy, and knowledgeable service :) my teeth have never felt so healthy! Jeanette was my hygienist and was so, so great! Love this team and am always so comfortable going in for treatment :) Endless gratitude for Dr. Smart, Dr. Kaci, and their fabulous team!! From the very start of my relationship as a patient with their office, I have been consistently treated with kindness and care. Christina is a joy to interact with and greeted me with a smile and sincerity each time I have gone in for an appointment. Aaliyah and Dr. Smart were so patient and gentle during my last filling appointment. They took the time to explain the procedure and entertain any questions I had throughout the entire thing. The whole time I felt safe and in good hands. I've never felt so welcome and cared for by a dental office and am so happy to be one of their patients!

The office staff and hygienists are all friendly, highly skilled, and respectful. The office is very clean and runs efficiently. The only issue I have is when my previous dentist retired I was referred to Dr. Kacy. I was excited to have a highly trained and friendly dentist. As she became busier and had reduced hours, my care was transferred to her partner, Dr. Smart. I haven’t been able to form a relationship with him as I had with my previous dentist who retired and also with Dr. Kacy. It’s important for me to feel a connection with my providers and unfortunately it’s not the case.

I had a crown prep today at Dr. Kaci’s office. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked into the office. Front desk was welcoming and dental assistant Naomi was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Kaci is so very caring and gentle which is most appreciated. Joanne helped with insurance and my portion of payment. No surprises!! I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Smart has been my dentist for some time now. I followed him to this office. The whole staff here is top notch ! Professional, on time, and spotless.

Let me first start by saying my relationship with dentists is not good. I do not like to see them. Yesterday I saw Dr. Smart and he did a temporary Crown. When I woke up this morning, I felt like I’d had no dental work done at all. This is the first time this has ever happened. I’m very very impressed with his work. And perhaps he could be my friend 😜

Can I give 10 stars?? We love going to Dr Kaci! My son has been going to her for a few years and he loves it! What other dentist makes you actually look forward to going? I've only been to the dentist a handful of times in my whole 34 years of life ans I'm finally comfortable enough to attend regular cleanings because everyone on staff is so nice and friendly. That's super rare to find so we definitely appreciate it. ❤️❤️
