Made an appointment as new patient! This must have been the lord that stopped me! I called today this morning too see if they were taking new state insurance patients and they said yes and that someone had canceled today at 2:30 and if I wanted the appointment I said yes!! She gets my name number and DOB and we hang up! I get into my car at 2:00pm to head there and my car won’t start!! Tried to call someone real quick for ride and was unlucky so I called to inform the dentist! They said their policy is they can not reschedule if someone cancels!! A policy she did not discuss with me!!! She was like “now the doctor is just going to be sitting there”..like what?! But after looking at reviews I’m glad my car didn’t start!!

Horrible experience, Had a few cavity feelings in my fight is now completely off And she Didn’t even fill off my cavities on top of that now I have extreme sensitivity and my teeth aren’t in so much pain when they were not in pain before!

I highly recommend you not get dentures here I've had dentures from them for a whole year that cause me so much pain blisters soreness when I saw a new dentist today they said that the dentures that I had were seven sizes too big the teeth were too big The denture themselves were too big and they did not fit my mouth I'm pregnant with twins and I can't even eat because the teeth they gave me are not the proper size fit of dentures I highly recommend you not get dentures from here at all please I beg of you you will be in so much pain you will be disappointed they gave me horse mouth I look like a horse because of the dentures being seven sizes too big for my mouth my face for my fit do not get dentures from here the dentist said that's how they're supposed to look at shove my whole mouth over about 1/8 of an inch does not line up with the bottom of my teeth at all the dentist that I saw today even said it's a whole tooth over not lined up at all do not and I repeat do not get dentures from Kimberly Nguyen you will be sadly disappointed my insurance paid her for an improper fitting of dentures I'm pissed because now I have to fight with my insurance company I feel like they should take the payment they gave her and give to the new dentist who's going to give me the proper fit and setting adventures Kimberly when should not have been paid for these dentures or this procedure

I won't be going back. My dentist was incredibly flighty. Like she had ADHD and was off her meds, or she was on something. On my first visit I saw her for less than 5 minutes. And during that 5 minutes she bounced around the place, very indecisive. In the process of walking me out, she decided hey, why not do an x-ray too. On the second visit she decided to pull the same tooth I originally went in about. And she got so violent with her tools, I could feel my other teeth shifting around. It has been 5 days since she pulled my tooth. And if I do anything other than sit in a dark room, my head feels like it's going to explode. I've had teeth pulled before, but I have never experienced this much pain afterwards. I called yesterday pleading for something for the pain. She said ok, then changed her mind last minute when I told her how much pain I've been in. Save yourself the trauma. Don't go here. I wish I had read the reviews firs.

Both receptionists were not friendly, one particularly was quite rude. Could not understand what the assistant was saying at all. the dentist did not seem to care and looked at my teeth for less than a minute. I went here in pain and I have to wait 6 weeks for a cleaning and then after that I would be able to get a crown or filling or whatever is needed. I left here with tears in my eyes and will not be returning. As an adult with gum disease that is trying to take care of her teeth, it is disheartening to experience things like this and it makes you want to give up. I will not be back, I will not spend my time and money at a place that makes you leave crying and feeling worse than before you came in

They do an awesome job cleaning teeth, the best cleanings I have ever had. However, I had a tooth cap from years ago come off, this dentist told me they would have to wait on approval from my insurance company to replace it. I waited close to 4 weeks, only to receive a letter from my insurance company stating this dentist never responded to the insurance companies request for more information. I left this dentist and obtained two other opinions and was told the tooth could not be saved, a cap was not even an option.

The office is very clean, I appreciate the time spent on cleanliness. The staff is professional and pleasant. Relinquishing an appointment has never been a problem. Honest, reliable service. You'll receive quality care and be treated with respect. I've been seeing this dentist for many years. I drive from 21st and Maize to the far east side to see Dr. Nguyen and, hopefully, will continue to do so.
